Made an order for a game. In stock. ''Receive in 15 minutes'' it's been over 24 hours. Asked in several places. Never got any replies even after a whole day.
Don't order from them, I don't know if they ever deliver but clearly they are awful at communication.

bad refund process
I purchased a Steam Wallet, but the code did not work. I then contacted chat support to request a refund. At the beginning, the support team responded fairly quickly and provided information, but the refund has still not been processed until now.
I have repeatedly followed up for updates, but I have not received any responses. This issue has been ongoing for almost two months since February, and the last reply I received from chat support was two weeks ago. Since then, there has been no further information.
The refund process here is extremely poor, and there is very little communication or transparency regarding its status.

Didn't receive my order
I ordered two nintendo eshop gift cards. They claimed to have an instant delivery then I didn't receive anything and told me to wait 48h for a manual review process to finish and if I wanted to have it quicker to follow a KYC guideline, and no one is responding till now for my requests to get a status update or to get a refund

I got my full refund and thanks for the support person who was willing to help and made sure I got my refund. I hope in the future there is a better communication in terms of time to receive and frequent update on order status
