UPDATE: They did honor their offer of a $30 credit, so that is nice. It was a hassle to get them to do this, and I only accepted their offer b/c it was so hard to actually return the items for full credit.

Their website states they offer full refunds within 30 days. NOT TRUE! FALSE! I wanted to return 2 shirts and got a complete runaround. First they offered a credit of $20, then $30. Now, they have gone "silent". The two shirts cost about $80 total. The shirts are cute but too big. Bottom line: do NOT order from Zekev unless you are absolutely sure you will keep your clothes. The style and quality was good, but I will never order from them again.

I ordered a dress for my grandson’s wedding. It is hideous! Lousy material and workmanship. The colors were nothing like the picture and neither was the style. Shame on you!!😡

Ordered two dresses for a wedding on 5/08/23.
Received an email on 5/23/23 that one of the dresses had been cancelled and being credited $43.69. Received the dress that was supposedly cancelled on 6/1/23 and it did not fit. Have been trying to contact company to return since 6/5/23 with no luck. Can anyone tell me how they contacted the company?

After ordering and receiving my dress, I emailed to explain I needed a larger size they told me to send payment for postage which I did and took a copy and sent to them. With no reply or even an email to say they received payment through PayPal.
After putting this on here I received an email, telling me my payment didn't go through RUBBISH.. they have my.money with no dress..
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG

It took a minute for my dress to show uo, but I absolutely love it. The sizing chart was very accurate and the dress fits perfectly. I will definitely order from them again!

I received a dress that I did not order, I contacted them via email and told them I wanted to return the dress they sent, because it was not what I ordered. The dress they sent me I would not let a 90 year old wear. I got an email from them offering me $11 to keep the dress, I paid $60 total, they have not answered my many requests to return it. The name on the return address has the name Joe Doe.

DO NOT BUY from this company, very poor customer service! Purchased 3 dresses, didn’t fit, not true to size, tried many times to tell them I want a refund, but keep getting offers like $38US instead of of what I paid $220 and asking me to keep the items. Keep getting the run around. Even their policy states they can refund for any reason within 30days. False advertising!

The two dresses I bought were lovely. Good sizing, fit perfectly. Material was of good quality.

I ordered 3 dresses that did not fit. I have communicated with them several times via email to make a return and have gotten the run around every time until this morning.

They are only offering me $21 and told me I would have to pay shipping in a previous email. The order was close to $150. They offered to send a different size which is not what I want.

I do not recommend this company at all. Took a long time to get the items to me. And now I can’t return items that are useless to me.

Beautiful dress loved the fit! I’m 5’11” and it was long enough!

Customer service has been great. Even though one of my items did not fit, they offered to send me a replacement item. Items take about 2 weeks to get but happy with what I received.

The coloring of the dress is not the same as advertised. Sent and email days ago requesting return information and customer service has not responded.

I love the dress but it doesn't fit. Hope returning is easy.

They will not respond to emails requesting to return product, even though their web site clearly says they take returns - total waste of money. Do not buy from this front. Reporting to Attorney General for false advertising.

I am trying to return these dresses and keep getting the run around. You advertise that a return for a full refund can be done within 30 days. I am well within this timeframe. The last you offered me $16 to keep the dresses that do not fit! Please send me a return label!
