DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUYS
I have bought a case for my Mac Mini M4 from this guys, they sent the case to me in UK and the delivery driver from Evri left my parcel outside and my parcel was stolen.
I have reached Zeera about this and asked them to speak with Evri and I asked for a refund as the parcel was not handed to me, so they would’ve need to talk to Evri about this.
Not their fault, but they needed to talk with Evri as they messed up my parcel. I explained them the situation saying that the parcel was left in front of my house and that it was stolen, when I got home from work, 40 minutes later the parcel was not in my yard.
Why am I giving Zeera 1 star you may ask now? Well because they ask me to sent them photo of my house, of my front yard, which I did and then they did not respond for 2 days just to come back with a response “We checked and the parcel was delivered to your proprety”. Sorry what???? Did they not understand that from the start? The parcel was left “in my front yard” and thats the reason it was stolen. The parcel shoulve been delivered to one of my neighbours or taken back to the depo and the delivery should be made the next day.
So this guys now try to not refund me aaying that the parcel was delivered to my proprety. No it was not delivered to my proprety, I cant be sure of that as long as I didnt found any package when I got home. You cant just throw packages in peoples yards.
Also their Whatsapp number it is just a dummy number, they dont have whatsapp.
Never ever buy from Zeera guys, it was a simple problem, the delivery was made wrong, therefore I dont have the parcel. So they wouldve need to handle this with Evri not with me, the only thing they shouldve make regarding me, was to give me the refund.
