They provided a fake tracking link and never actually shipped it until I made a claim with the bank. Finally arrived after 6 weeks

1 month waiting and won't get my order
I orderder some tshirts without checking the brands reputation. Who would have thought you need to do so to but some tees... Oh well, website said delivery in 5 to 7 business days. I have been waiting for 1 month and I have moved out of the country before getting the shirts. Now they say they are out for delivery, I aint even leaving there anymore. Dont buy from them!

Servicio lamentable y engañoso
Servicio lamentable y engañoso. Compré dos camisetas hace más de 2 meses para regalar por Navidad... me han llegado hoy 17 de febrero, después de PAGAR POR ENVÍO EXPRESS. Me he quejado por correo y responden educadamente, pero por favor... la única compensación que me ofrecen es un reembolso de la mitad del coste del envío express... ridículo. Y encima para poder recibir el paquete que viene de China he tenido que pagar 6.27€ de aduanas!!! PATÉTICO, NO COMPRÉIS EN ESTA WEB

Do not buy
Waited over a month for a hoodie to come only for the print to disappear after a couple washes. Bits of the print will also be all over any other clothes you put in the wash with it.

Me he sentido absolutamente engañada por varios aspectos marco una estrella porque tengo que hacerlo obligatoriamente, que sería un cero como una catedral.
1- Ha tardado más de 1 mes en llegar, aunque leyendo otros comentarios, hasta me sentiré afortunada ya que al menos el producto ha llegado.
2- ¿DÓNDE PONE QUE ES UNA PÁGINA CHINA SUJETA AL PAGO DE ADUANAS AL RECOGER TU PEDIDO? Si compro en Temu o AliExpress, sé dónde compro y qué esperar. Pero los precios de Zazasy NO son los de estos otros comercios, son bastante más levados como para que no digan en letras luminosas que es un comercio chino y que te van a cobrar al recoger tu compra.
Una vergüenza. Nunca más.

Items arent real and will never come
Items have been sitting in Chinese airport sorting facility for 'apparently' 47 days now. I have come to terms that i dont believe these items are real at all and will never get to me.

Achtung Betrug
Achtung! Betrug oder Ähnliches. Habe vor einigen Wochen ein T-Shirt bestellt. Dieses kam leider nie an. Auf die Frage, wo sich die Bestellung befindet, kam nur eine Antwort: Hier ist ein Link zum tracken. Durch den Link wurde man aber auch nicht viel schlauer. Jetzt nach über einem Monat schreiben sie, Hermes hätte meine Adresse nicht gefunden (ist klar) und ich solle noch mehr Geld überweisen, wenn ich das Paket haben möchte.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a shirt in November, they took my money right away, and here we are in mid January, money gone, no shirt, and no tracking or response to my email. Absolutely a scam.

Poor services, and the worst experience since it looks like so far I lost my money
My experience baying on this website is awful, I do not recommend:
1- First I was charged two times for the same products (one of the charges still under dispute).
2- Then the product was low quality material and the color that’s not matching what you show on the website (I had to send photos proofing it)
3- later I had to covered spends for returning
4- A month later I have to sent a request for updates on the refund amount since I’m
