I used the live chat today for this company. The person was called Aiman. They were so helpful and sorted out my query for me. It was a parcel that had gone missing as it had been left on the step! I dont think at any time this should be the process with parcels. Thanks again Aiman

After ordering a jacket from here i read the reviews and got a little paranoid that i had been scammed i contacted zavetti threw facebook who replied swiftly with a tracking number. My parcel arrived yesterday 11/12/23 i only ordered it on friday. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones but they answered every question I had. Don't think i would order again but i got what i paid for 2 days after ordering it

Whole company is a scam. They take your money and don't send you the products ordered then lie to you about sending out replacements. Give fake tracking with no scans updates. No way of communication. Never send order confirmations. Stay away from this crowd it's definitely a dodgy set up. Very unprofessional

Had a coat ordered and delivered except it was not delivered!!!! A hole was ripped in the bag and the coat was missing, emailed Zavetti and they refused to do anything. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Well after reading the reviews I thought my orders were never going to come, like everyone else I received no confirmation email, I signed up to their site and on there it said i only had one order pending. By now i am getting very worried so I did take to Facebook with my concerns and had a reply in no time telling me my orders were on their way
One order arrived next day, then second order arrived the day after.
Only gave 3* as like everyone else we get no communication

My daughter ordered a jacket on Monday.Got no email just her order number.After reading reviews on here we didn’t hold out much hope.I sent a message via facebook .Got a reply a few hours later with tracking details.And the jacket was delivered this morning perfect.We live in Dublin.Don’t try the live chat as it is useless.But overall happy with the order.

I did not receive any confirmation email,I did not get a response from their email or chat.
I have been trying for 2 days
I will never buy from them again
I want a refund

Avoid at all costs. They use evri/hermes for delivery and consistently lie about orders. Evri don't leave parcels where requested even though it's an option on their site. They also use contractors who steal parcels.

Ordered 3 days ago and the jacket has arrived. Exactly as described and pictured. Overall very happy with coat.

Do not buy from this company they take your money then transfer your order to footasylum and you don't get the goods and then there customer service do not even respond to your messages never again will I buy from zavetti or footasylum 4 days it's been and I still cannot get my money back as customer service just ignore your messages

Ordered 3 coats 11 days ago costing me £300!! No dispatch email no nothing. They've taken the money from my bank and still no order recieved eventhough their website states dispatch in 24 hours!
Can never get through to anyone on live chat. Their email address doesn't accept incoming emails. Phone number doesn't work. It's a complete fraudulent website!!!

Ordered a few days ago spent almost £100 through paypal pay in 3 didnt receive a confirmation email of the order even though they have taken the money status is saying ready to process so doesn't seem like it's even been dispatched and customer service seems like no one's actually there to answer any of my questions just hope it turns up in the next day or 2. Either way I will not be ordering from Zavetti directly ever again and I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this site and order from JD or simular sites other than this one

I placed an order for a jacket on the Zavetti website and opted for next day delivery by paying an additional fee. However, it has been two days, and I have not yet received my delivery. Despite attempting to reach out to them through both email and the online chatbox, I have not received any response.

Brought a coat for my daughter and had to return as wrong size. They received the coat back as I checked post office tracking. But as of yet can’t get hold of customer services to receive my refund £130 out of pocket!!!!!! Email doesn’t work, Chat no one replies and phone number doesn’t exist. Just wish I’d read the reviews first

This business could be the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a jacket for my daughter, after confirming my order by email there was no further information about the order, no confirmation of dispatch, tracking number, etc
I spent hours trying to contact them without success, the email address on the order got no reply, the phone number did not work at all, & nobody answered the chat, which in fact just disappeared for a few days.
when I was hanging washing in the back garden on the Sunday after ordering on the Monday I found the parcel which it turned out had been delivered 4 days before by Evri, (possibly second worst business) again no message from either Zavetti or Evri. I had not seen the parcel as it was raining & windy all that time !!
Sadly the jacket was too small, so the next day returned the package through an Evri parcelshop, again I tried to find what was happening with Zavetti, without success, eventually nearly 2 weeks later got a helpful man on chat, who promised to check on the Monday two weeks since I returned, I still heard nothing by phone, text or email, but randomly again found the package in my back garden a few days later, left in the rain again by evri, without my permission or knowledge.
Both companies are utter rubbish, even worse than Scottish Power, who I thought were the worst !!

Again no customer service. Ordered yesterday. Paid for next day delivery and order is still processing. Can’t get hold of their customer services. First and last thing I buy from them

Ordered on Wednesday tea time and i panicked when i read the reviews after but left it and revieved the jacket by Saturday so i was happy, just deducted a star as you only get a confirmation in your junk folder and no other communication

No e-mail confirmation once the order has been placed. No dispatch e-mail. Poor communication through customer service channels. Will not be buying again.

Zero customer services... ordered a jacket and needed to cancel within an hour of ordering as my son had changed his mind... well good luck if you need to contact anyone! No response to emails, no response to live chat. Coat did come but I wanted to return it... no such luck. The QR code on the returns form gives you a 'page not found' the customer services number takes you to an American voice message and then hangs up and the online portal to start a return doesn't recognise the order number!! Waste of space company. Avoid.

Absolutely impossible to get hold of!! They are the biggest scam company you have ever seen!!!!! Totally and utterly insane how they treat customers! Tried live chat, email, Instagram and facebook and still received no messages back on where my order is!
