Good service. Quite happy with output but they need to work on TAT very closely.

Unfortunately, they didn't provide work in the timeframe as agreed. Their servers were off for one week. One week to get the payment. Their Webdesigner has no experience, couldn't answer simple requests. I specifically asked to set up the SSL before to Start the job ( on old server, basically a 10 min job ) and they refused.
After two weeks , the Webdesigner sent me the sketches ( yet I told them that I wanted a refund )
His work was child design ! a 10 years old could have done it better.
They refused to give me back my money, yet I had to wait for 1.5 weeks before seeing any work

They are fraud. There is no professional service. They don't respond to calls/messages. Don't go with them

Don't go with their review, they are fake. Cheaters, totally unprofessional, they don't care about customers, not responding to customers calls and messages. What they do is at the beginning they will tell Sir we do that, sir we do this. But after making the advance payment they don't care you. They won't answer your calls and even don't answer to your messages. Beware of these fraudsters.

Never ever use the services of Zauca.
Those are the most unprofessional people.
I had too much mental trauma and harassment from these people regarding supports. Mail server always had the problems....I used to raise tickets every couple of days. They changed my home page design without my permission and without any backup. These people are super fools on a planet. they don't provide the support but follow up for the renewal payments 4 months before the due date. When I said I didn't want to continue with their services they asked me to do payments for changing the hosting. bloody fools.

Excellent website design company... never expected such a good website design at low cost...

I got my sports website design from Zauca and I'm happy with the outcome.

Excellent website design experience provided so far, I will review again after 3 months about post sales experience.

Worst experience of my life till date ... never go to them for any work very unprofessional and irresponsible they are...they took a work and money from us and a two days before launching they refuses to complete my company website work them they started ignoring my calls and mails and also said do whatever you want to do we are not going to refund you and no compensation of time we are going to pay..... please stay away from fake companies...

Excellent design the sales consultant Suman Ji is also very good at giving best possible rates to the customers i m extremally happy with the support the provided only one feedback i have to the of Zauca is that just ensure a constant communication by following up working with Zauca was great thanks to Suman Sir.

Zauca is the worst company I have every dealt with. They take your money in advance and then abscond. The sales person was answering all calls before payment, then stopped responding completely.

They have blocked our website just because we have given the genuine review. Such a fraud company and employees. They are just harassing us mentally. Our money is just wasted.

Today is 15th Aug 2022, we took their services last Saturday on 13th Aug 2022 after talking with the ZAUCA Team Guy Aayan. He told us to pay Rs.2000 for the booking. Once I paid half, another of their Team member named Sana Shaikh message us to know what design, we want and gave us another message to pay 3000/-, where they have not yet started their work. They promised us to make the website ready in 1/1.5 weeks. Now, we are calling their

However, no one is receiving it. If such is the situation in India(Banglore) why would a foreigner invest in India? No matter why foreigners are feeling deceived by some cheap rated Indians like ZAUCA and get generalised as the whole nation. Feeling disgusting to see such an attitude.

Writing my first experience about Zauca. Has designing our website. Has been working with Mr. Ajay. Mr Ajay has a very beautiful design sence, and understand requirements very high and strong. Clearly without requirment multiple follow-up. Work was delivered without delay. Mr. Ayan also very Co-operative. Thanks to Mr. Ajay, Mr. Ayan and Zauca team. Keep up the good work.

Initially they would be very polite and generous replying to all your queries and needs but once you have paid the money and then they will show you their true colors. They will not respond to your calls, texts, emails or even on WhatsApp.
