useless company.. dont give them a deposit.. they make useless template websites which you could make your self

The company does not provide a dedicated designer. The designer lacks understanding of suitable layout choices and relies entirely on the client for design and content direction. Their follow-up is extremely weak, and they do not offer a dedicated contact number for reaching the team. The quality of service they provide gives the impression of a scam.

Service is so pathetic, I will call it a fraud. Very poor communication, inability to understand client needs, eagerness to push what they can do (often it is just a replication of their old work). The invoice not in line with the agreement and the agreement is also very poor - no deliverable description, no payment schedule no milestones. I made first payment and now treating that as loss.

Worst team They dont Dont know how to speak with customers.They will tell you one before the payment and will do after the payment.There is 1 guy His phone number

Zauca is very aggressively solution providing company.
Each employee is the back bone of company.
Mr. Mohan sivaram is very smart and quick solution provider person.he always resolved the issues quickly in proper manners in very short time.

worst service i ever seen team doesn't respond on time

This is a horrible company to work with. For a simple GST credit for the payment i made i am following up for the last 30 days. Just lost money with them. My website is not useful at all. Everything you try on the website meets with a bug. People have no clue about it. Most important thing is that most of them do not have communication skills or language skills. They promise to come back but never keeps their word including the CEO/CTO. They have no clue about affiliate program on a website. There are so many protocols in the company that you get replies like "I am not authorized to connect the call to that person/department". Every issue needs to be reminded 5-10 times before sorting out. They have no clue about the value of time of their customers. Vague replies are the norm for them.

Its a complete fraud company. I spent 14000 which is completely of wasted. They will show you packages very lucrative and value for money, but they are unable to deliver a simple basic website in last two months. Please don't fall into their trap. After horrible experience of more than 2 months, now the account manager number is not in service any more. No one is responding from their company.

I had the unfortunate experience of working for Zauca Consultancy Service, and I must say it was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my negative review to help others avoid the same ordeal.

First and foremost, the management team at Zauca, including CTO & Head of Kolkata Branch Mr. Hafijul Khan, CEO Mr. Krishna, and Accountant Mrs. Vanitha, exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and integrity during my time with the company.

The most significant issue I faced was the delayed and unjust withholding of my salary when I left the company. It is the fundamental right of any employee to receive their salary promptly, but Zauca failed miserably in this regard. Despite my repeated inquiries and constant follow-ups, they continuously brushed me off with empty promises. Every single day, they would tell me that my salary would be credited "tomorrow," but they never fulfilled their commitment.

To make matters worse, HR Miss Lima conveniently absolved herself of any responsibility regarding the salary issue, insisting that I had to deal with the CEO directly. This not only displayed a lack of accountability but also showcased their disinterest in resolving employee concerns.

Moreover, I was shocked to discover the numerous complaints lodged against Zauca Consultancy Service(Now,Zauca Technologies Pvt Ltd) in various consumer forums. It's clear that my terrible experience was not an isolated incident, and many others have suffered at the hands of this unscrupulous company.

In summary, my time at Zauca Consultancy Service(Now,Zauca Technologies Pvt Ltd) was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency, unprofessional behavior of the management, and the deliberate delay in salary payments make this company one to avoid at all costs. I implore anyone considering employment with Zauca to think twice and choose an employer that values its employees and treats them with respect and fairness.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Pathetic service, to say the least.

They developed my website in April 2023. Within 2 months, my website was down with malware attack. Their response was that since hosting is not with them, they "wont" help.

Upon checking with my service provider , I found the issue was in source code developed by Zauca.

They flatly refused to help.

Their receptionist is extremely rude, will frequently disconnect calls mid sentence. It is next to impossible getting in touch with Tech support (as if it exists). When you open a ticket, nobody bothers to check/update it. Tech support / sales/ Project Coordinator, all are rude and incompetent. They refuse to take any responsibility.

Now when I have a problem, it took me almost 2 months to get in touch with them. But, as expected, they have shirked responsibility. On top of that, they are asking me to pay Rs 3000 + 18% gst, for any further assistance.

The Project Coordinator is extremely rude, disrespectful. Her attitude is that Customer is beggar, not King. When I managed to talk to her superior, I realized this seems to be the corporate policy at Zauca. Shouting at, intimidating the client, not listening to what they have to say, that is how they deal with paying customers.

Technical skills are just about average. Mostly a copy-paste job; no originality in their work.

Soft skills??? Don't even dream about that when you deal with them.

People, be aware, deal with them only if you want no returns on your hard money and if you love being insulted and shouted at.

fraud company dont pay advance to this company

As a rule I do not like writing anything bad about any company and this re view is after careful analysis. In my opinion Zauca are just a bunch of scammers and need to be avoided at all costs-- I had paid this company 2000.00 + 6000.00 INR and in spite of several reminders I am yet to get a refund. Some chap called Sundar ( not even sure if that is his real name) called me back and promised that I will receive a refund in full, not sure when this refund will hit my account, probably after I am dead and gone!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY, or deal at your own risk.... PS.. I have the whole audit trail, feel free to contact me if you need to view the same.

Worst service by them. they just help those have taken their costlier plan. even you have more money you can go better service provider. worst I have even seen.

I am an Australian Company. The girl named Sayantika who grab me to give best service and ask for deposit and then horrible story starts. 33 days have elapsed and still my website is not delivered.

Company management is hopeless and their protocol is also hopeless. They are meant to take money only but no delivery commitment.

I'm one of employee in this company i worked 3 years Very worst company i never seen one of the fraud company no support for employees and customers they first preference is money they only Target and Focus for money u live r die they need only money if pay by mistake also customer don't get money back so many customers still now they didn't get refund and main some of the employees still they didn't get salary and incentives so I'm requesting u guys please don't join this company and don't waste ur time and future in this company they know how to manage employees and customers for money and u don't get leave for 1 day also for that 1 day leave u have to beg they'll keep on say we have 3 branch here there thiruchi Bangalore and Kolkata only Kolkata is opened rest closed no proper responsibility nothing everything staff should be take care again don't join this company

At first had to pay partial payment and then another.

They will be attentive until they get full payments.

Most of the web designs I had to do myself and paid Rs.12000. With no refund policy.

Currently all my Web design is gone!! Out of no where! !

I seeked assistance, but to no avail.

i saw the website tried to fill in my contact details but was not able to upload as error is popping up again and again. Next i saw that they advertised support 24/7 but when i called them on Saturday 22/04/2023 precisely at 11:48 and and 11:52 am my calls went unanswered in support and as well in sales. so i think their claim of 24/7 support is false.

I recently registered with Zauca to develop our company website. They assigned Mr Jyotirmoy as the developer. He is such a professional and technically sound person. He did a great job in developing our website and made it live as per the schedule. Every time I came up with minor changes he listened to it carefully and patiently and incorporated the changes. I really appreciate his quality of work and zauca as a company are very professional and managed my request from day one in a professional manner.
Also it is worth mentioning about the demo sessions the developer gave and the clarifications sessions and numerous phone calls he did from his side to ensure all doubts are cleared to my satisfaction.
Thanks a lot Zauca and Jyotirmoy for giving me such a professional and quality output. Thank you

If I could give half star, I would. That was absolute the bad service experience I ever had. Absolutaly disappointed with zauca.
