A company with a caring, personal touch
Initially there was a glitch with my payent but the customer support I received to fix this was both timely and terrific. Haizel, the customer service representative I worked with, was super attentive, caring, and responded immediately. She understood perfectly how to follow up on my questions and concerns. I also really loved her personal touch--she was authentic and extremely helpful in all of her communication with me. I felt "seen" and heard, which gave me enormous confidence in Zappy as a thoroughly professional company, a business with a heart, which is not something one experiences with the majority of online services. I enthusiastically recommend Zappy's personal touch, something that is especially important for those of us who need encouragement and suppport in pursuing our weight loss and health goals. I am grateful and very excited to start my course of medication.

I did not need to lose a lot of weight
I did not need to lose a lot of weight, but felt trapped for years in a spot I didn't feel was healthy enough for my well being. I had read many reviews and decided to give Zappy my business. I lost the needed weight and feel so much the better for it. I received all of my medication on time. I do feel this company has a high regard for each client they treat. They deserve the 5 star rating and I highly recommend them.

Dissatisfied
They changed their pharmacy and it does not ship to my state so they said they issued my refund on Dec 24, 2024. As of today January 6, 2025 my bank has no record of a refund being issued or in the processing stage - nothing. However zappy health assured me on Jan 4 that they could confirm that my refund was issued on their end and to contact my bank. I still am waiting for zappy to tell me where my money is. The bank don’t see it anywhere / zappy said we refunded it on their end. Who is telling the truth as they see it? I just want my refund so I can order my medication from a place that services arkansas. I’m at a stand still and am very very angry and anxiety ridden which isn’t good for someone who already struggles with ptsd and severe anxiety.

They advertise They have monthly subscription but yet they don't provide me with that option. I've already told them, I'm on a fixed income. I can't afford to pay for a 3 subscription @ 599 or 600. I might as well stay pleasantly plump. It doesn't seem like they really want to help my __t __s .

Hard to connect with anyone from the company for help or questions.
First vial was all saline and no refund or response from zappy or pharmacy they used when they are both fully aware of the messups ...so so may consumers paid for fake vials and achieved nothing but Iitching and bloating. Then zappy said we could have the vials tested outselves and contact the pharmacy ourselves when we paid zappy! No one seems to care. Zappy claims they are working through it all and not their fault but offering no solution or refund - they are quick to charge cards though for coming months as if all is normal . Total crap

Upon learning of issues with one of our former pharmacy partners, Ousia Pharmacy, we immediately ceased our relationship with them. We have reached out to Ousia Pharmacy, and they communicated that they do not agree with the Department of Health's allegations and do not believe there was any impact on the medications they provided to patients. However, we understand that this does not resolve the distress caused by the situation, and we apologize for any lack of clarity or support during this time.

I’m so happy with Zappy. I have been using their medications for 10 weeks now and have had great weight loss results.
