Really great local merch company doing things as eco-friendly as possible-which is why I keep returning. They respond swiftly to emails and DMs and are always professional and patient. I've encountered a few occasions where products didn't turn out as expected - but Zap have been very helpful in resolving issues. Sometimes the turn around time for orders between proofing and dispatch of the final product can take a number of weeks so make sure you order in advance. Its also worth ordering samples to make sure everything is correct before ordering a large batch! The final products are high quality and the printing is spot on.

I am an artist who makes merch! And they're always so timely, professional and such great help for someone like me. I always order my button badges from them and they always come back with perfect colours and the exact placement I made in my artwork! They take great care with making each button so there's very little shifting.

Zap always deliver high quality products, the wooden pins and keyrings are beautiful and the colours are vibrant. Sticker proofing and delivery is a little slower so just keep that in mind. Otherwise brilliant company to buy from with an easy interface to use.

I had been wanting to produce some acrylic standees with my artwork on them and being able to order the samples before placing in a big order was a great advantage! And the prices are so much more convenient than anywhere else, and the process much more straightforwards. I will be definitely ordering more standees and more products in general! Thank you!

I've ordered a lot from Zap in the last few months. They're always responsive, helpful and their products are a great quality.

I have not been disappointed with any of my orders from Zap creatives. The wooden pins are my fav. The print is slightly embossed which is my favourite feature.

I ordered vinyl sticker sheets. Super happy with the outcome! Quality looks great. Already replaced my next order for sticker sheets. :)

Love the fact that it's eco friendly! Everything is good quality, the SAV is really helpful and quick to reply.

I have ordered various products from Zap! Creatives over the years, acrylic charms, standees and stickers and the quality is always amazing. Colours are so vibrant and the products fly off the shelf. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I’ve only used the company once before and I really liked the product that I received. Only thing that I would say is the production time was a little slower than I would have liked but when I emailed customer service for an update they got back to me very quickly. Will use again.

I’ve used zap for many years now for wooden charms/pins and acrylic charms/key-rings. They are efficient, produce good quality products, the wait time isn’t usually that long and the added bonus of it all being recycled materials is amazing. They also offer a free artwork set up which is super handy and run offers twice weekly so you can always grab a bargain. Definitely recommend, especially for their wooden products.

Products and customer service are the best I’ve gotten from any others in the business. Their colors are crisp and vibrant. Any time I have a question their customer service is consistently great to work with and incredibly helpful. Their prices are great, and the sales are awesome. With all of those things why go anywhere else?

I always order wooden pins when there’s a sale going on and I’m never disappointed! The quality is great and the colors always come out so vibrant, I appreciate their team for always answering my questions and their shipping doesn’t take long either. I’ve ordered pins from them for years and even my older designs still look great!
