If you're planning on using this service to receive products in with a short deadline, do not order here. I'm still waiting on my order from 7 weeks ago with NO tracking number either. Had I known it would be this bad I would have chosen Express shipping - wish I did.

I decided to use Zap creatives in order to make pins and accessories that were more eco-friendly than the enamel pins I have designed previously. Zap were really helpful and friendly the whole way (including when I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size of sticker and had to adjust- they even applied the same discount code for the additional cost to increase size so I didn't pay any more than if I orderedccorrectly in the first place).

I'm really happy with my items and will definitely be using zap again in the future!

I regularly buy my sticker sheets from this website. What's even greater is that when I order a sample I often get one or two more, which helps me also test one while using the other intact - to sell.
The customer service is fast to respond and for the year and a half that I worked with them, I never had any problem.

Arrived fast in super good packaging, absolutely love the quality they're just as I imagined them, even got a couple extra free ones! Will definitely be buying again!

Zap Creatives is the best site I've used for ordering charms and I'm very happy with the range of different products. I've had nothing but great experinces with Zap and those who I've gifted charms I've ordered from here are always so impressed. Zap is very solid and impressive; love printing work from here.

ZAP! Creatives was absolutely horrendous to deal with. Unfortunately, unless you are living within the UK and right beside the Queen of England herself, you are going to be charged ridiculous import charges. These import charges make the costs of this company completely unaffordable and not worthwhile compared to competitors.

This is after the stickers took ridiculously long to make. This is after we got very little communication and had to message multiple times for updates to our order. First they said that the sticker machine was broken and needed to be fixed, and then they said "The quality of the printed stickers were not good so we did it again for you." We never got a straight answer, but what we got was our stickers over 2 weeks later than expected and extra charges.

The absolute worst experience was getting a $180 import charge on the stickers after the fact. It was never mentioned or brought up in any of the website. Zap! Creatives claims a lot of free shipping, claims a lot of easy delivery, but unless you are from within the UK, the import charges would make it so that Zap! Creatives is not affordable or worthwhile.

When we brought this up, they proceeded to say "Look at our Terms and Conditions on the bottom of our website hidden on page 7. The fact that they hide these extra import charges and fees is ridiculous and should be criminal.

Expect to pay hundreds of dollars extra on your order and make sure you consider that when buying. To be honest, not worth the value, not worth half the money.

EDIT BECAUSE ZAP CREATIVES EDITED THEIR REVIEW:

Actually Zap Creatives lied about their import charges and never made it clear that there would be north of 100$ of import charges even after placing the order that was supposed to be final. ZAP Creatives made it seem like they were located in Canada and did not have any international shipping (Many cases and many instances on their website of stating free shipping).

When I responded to ZAP Creatives, the owner of the company very rudely responded and refused to give me the original refund that was offered to me (20$) and then also refused to help without being very rude and continually swore at me in the emails. 0/10 never work with this company again.

Love, love, love Zap! Ordered my first ever charm sample and it's really easy to set up the template and submit it. They got it shipped out pretty speedy and it arrived the day after the dispatch notice - and the charm quality is absolutely fantastic. My sample is 1.5" on gold acrylic and it's GORGEOUS - the spot gloss is fantastic and precise even with very small select spots and the detail is retained from the original illustration. I thoroughly reccomend - especially if you're new to making merch.

I ordered wooden charms for the very first time. I didn't expect the colours to become that brilliant and shiny! They look amazing!

Every time I've ordered with Zap I've had very good customer service and a great product. The acrylic charms I usually order (in black or transparent) are high quality. They survive every weather and literally never break. I'd totally recommend them!

I've used zap twice and both times they were very helpful with any questions I had and answered fast. I've ordered wooden pins, which looked really good and stand up to a lot of wear and tear and clear acrylic charms which look great. def ordering again
