I was not able to download a pattern I purchased from Zaneteknits on Etsy, so I sent an email to explain the problem and I got a response right away. I was then able to download the pattern from Ravelry. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

I love Zanete's patterns and her attention to detail. Everything is well throught through and it is easy to follow her instructions. Her designs are stunning. One of the best knitwear designers. I am not a big fan of knitting accessories, but her beanie got me hooked and I will try her socks next.

I am a beginning intermediate knitter and had several questions on how to get started on the “moonglow” top. I had to cast on several times and was still not understanding how to proceed! Zaneteknits was SUPER responsive and answered all my questions. THANKYOU!!

I have made multiple ZaneteKnits patterns and I own several more that I will eventually make, and I can say that all of Zanete's patterns are clear, detailed, illustrated, and instructional, enabling an experienced or inexperienced knitter to learn new techniques with ease and always have a great result. All ZaneteKnits patterns are standouts when it comes to the details. Common among those details are thoughtful and innovative construction techniques, faux seams, unique color work motifs, and unique and feminine hems and edgings. Details provided in the patterns include photos, construction overview, references to instructional videos, and multiple versions of charts to accommodate dark/light colors and ladderback jacquard placement. The end result is that a ZaneteKnits garment will look very professional.

Raseen Sweater is a lovely cable knit. The European shoulders are wonderful and the finishing treatments for the neck, wrists and waist take the sweater to the next level. Pattern is clear and easy to follow. An enjoyable knit with a lovely finished product.

I knitted Austras Koks Sport - just from first look at pattern so intricate You may think masters degree in knitting and 50 years of experience must be required. It's not. Zaneteknits uses challenging tecniques, and there are helpful videos and tutorials to get those done like a pro. I love my sweater, the fit is great. Next level skills just come extra.

I love all kinds of Zanete’s patterns. There are some techniques I now associate with her because I learned them from her tutorials and patterns. Whenever I am not sure about something, I keep coming back to her instructions and following them step by step. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to test knit for her. The communication and feedback were wonderful throughout the whole process. I am looking forward to knitting many more of her patterns. Zanete is someone who encourages me to grow in so many ways—not only as a knitter, but also as a person.

I completed the Barcelona sock pattern, which is very well written and easy to follow. However, I had a cuff size issue even though the foot of the sock fit perfectly. I reached out for help and within a few hours I had some suggestions that may solve my problem. If you tend to be a tight knitter, which I am, it was recommended to me to not change the needle to the smaller size for the cuff. As I could try the sock on after the reduction of stitches, this should resolve my issue. The other suggestion was to not reduce as many stitches for the cuff. These were great suggestions and I think would help others with similar issues.

I sent an email for a pattern clarification. The Zanete team answered me quickly and solved the problem.

Zaneteknits designs beautiful, well written knitting patterns and provides excellent customer support. Given my own inexperience as a sock knitter, I wrote requesting clarification of one step in a very unique (sideways) cuff construction. Liene responded within 48 hours and provided the additional guidance I needed. Excellent customer support and communication!

De patronen zijn erg mooi en met voor mij nieuwe technieken erin verwerkt. Op de site of op YouTube kun je ook nog uitlegfilmpjes bekijken bij de patronen of technieken.
Als je via de mail een vraag stelt krijg je snel antwoord.

It was a misunderstanding in my part, the instructions are very detailed and very good! All in all one of the best customer supports I know.
