False Return Email, Poor quality
The Items arrived extremely creased and t really didn’t have the same quality that appeared on the website.
My main issue is the fact that the Return email is completely invalid. I emailed multiple times to both that email and the one that actually gave me my order confirmation which appeared like someone’s personal email. I DMed on instagram and had no response. Just want to return my items but I’m not getting any response which I need in order to return. Really unprofessional and seems very scammy.

It had very easy payment but there should be a stated difference between hada labo shirojyun premium whitening lotion 140ml and 170ml they are literally the same thing I mistakenly bought both of them thinking they where different when I wanted to return it I sent Zak zakka an email and they responded in 24 to 48 hours which is great but I missed the email. The company also gives complementary sweets. The only thing I don't like is the high shipping prices which can be the same amount as the item
