I’ve been using Z4web for and their
Services for at least the last 15 years they managed and services my website TMG holdings. Z4web designed it and always make it look as fresh as the day they actually created it about three years ago.
Z4web managed all of my domains and my emails and they are very prompted when having to deal with any problems with emails.

My wife and I have been working with Z4web for around 20 years .I most recently had help in September 2025.
I have always been very happy with the service.I have dealt with Dale and found him to be very accommodating . He has always taken extra time when needed and been very helpful and clear when explaining the process .I have been very happy with the prices and found Z4Web to be very competitive .

Older proprietor ( sounds young ) Dale Williams is his name did not like me asking for clarification regarding price issues and concerns and payment for web services being asked for . Dale Williams took this as a personal slight on his character while I was simply asking for clarification on pricing concerns . Not having used this company before , I needed to ask relevant questions regarding his services and prices , so that I could hold him to the promises he made to me (big mistake) . As what I was hearing from him , simply was Not stacking up and seemed Odd . As I listened carefully to his conversation, he seemed confused and saying things that were Not in line with our original conversation. But I thought , having listened to him for nearly 3 hours on the phone . Just let things go , perhaps hopefully things will work out ok in the end ...several hours later having spent many hours talking to Dale on the phone plus committing my money to the project . He decides to pull the plug and withdraw his services ( I was only asking relevant questions for goodness sake as any other reasonable person would ) The problem with this older gentleman is , he has a short fuse ( my observation of him ). And takes issues of clarification on cost issues as a personal slight to his character. Who can you fully trust these days without that person earning your respect first . Trust of an unknown person takes time . Dale expects you to trust him cart blanche . Does Not work like this these days . Also his maths were incorrect and were constantly changing . I am 61 myself but can still do maths well as was a subject I like . When I pointed ( as any concerned person would ) that his maths with vat added was not the same as my maths with vat added , he remained silent . Maybe Pride got in the way and he took it as a personal slight ...I asked him another question and it took me ten minutes to get the answer out of him (talk about going round the houses) . I had worked out the answer ten minutes prior .I just wanted him to confirm what I already knew on a point of clarification. What should have taken a one second thought with 1 second answer , took him 10 minutes and I told him so . Not in a unpleasant way but in a concerned way . When Tested in a reasonable and fair way , this person is unable to hold his own . And so I felt compelled to write this review as , ' Forewarned is to be forarmed ' and this gentleman was getting many many things completely wrapped around his neck. Pride comes before a fall .
