They SHOWED UP. I had a pre-order I had been waiting to arrive for months, only to have USPS, send it back to sender. Z2 responded super quickly when I emailed them. Addressed my issue.
Solved my issue. And corrected it promptly. And when a second issue arrived, they solved that with incredible haste AND with EXTRA Goodies. Something they did not need to do, but it meant the world to me during this troubled delivery. Difficult only because of the USPS. I WILL be shopping with Z2comics again. And soon.

One of the best companies ever: kind, gentle, polite and above all helpful! Even though the postal service in my country had lost my package, they sent me another one for free, without me even asking!
As for the products, simply qualitative!

When I ordered I accidentally auto filled my shipping address to the wrong address. When I contacted them they fixed it right away and my order came to the right place and within just a few days.

Fraudulent company. Sells books that don’t exist then cancels them if preorders are too low. What they did to Jefferson airplane is so disgusting. And others too. Rob Peter to pay Paul type people.

Ordered two books during the Black Friday sale, and when the order came one of the books was wrong. I reached out to customer service and within 24hrs I had not only a response, but I was able to keep the incorrect book and they had a tracking number ready to send out the correct book

Ordered a signed bundle back in June 2025. Release date October 15th. Only really wanted it for a record that was included but ordered anyway for £160 and the money is taken when you order.
Fast forward 6 months, it's December. I see items from this bundle on sale in the z2 website, in stock and elsewhere. My order hasn't shipped so I email to ask what's going on. No reply. I email 3 more times over a week culminating in me asking to cancel the order, all of them ignored. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I open a dispute. 4 days later I finally get a response to the PayPal dispute acknowledging that I wish to cancel my order. No explanation about why my order wasn't shipped and no apology for anything. A week later I got refunded to my PayPal.
I have now ordered the record from elsewhere and it's on its way.
I had purchased previously from z2 but I won't be doing it again. To keep an order in limbo when it's showing in stock and being sold elsewhere is just really poor imo. If I'd left it any longer I'd have gone past the time to raise a dispute with PayPal so I'm lucky I initiated it when I did.

What a horrible company.

I finally (after almost a year) got the premium Amon Amarth board game and the signed comic book.

They charge premium money but don’t care about the quality and details. Things are not aligned or are misprinted.

The signed book has the signatures glued in and it is not even aligned so does look akward.

The board game arrives in massive box and when you open it there is not much content in there. It just takes so much empty space. The rule book does not even cover what components are included and in what numbers.

I had to keep chasing them throughout the year to get any updates as they don’t communicate much.

Never again. Watse of loney and time. Complete amateurs.

The Z2 Comics staff left me impressed. Long story short, there was a small issue with an order not directly affiliated with Z2 Comics. Geri (without any pleading) graciously helped me with my inquiry and put to rest any preconceived notions about common helpdesk runarounds. A quick and efficient A+ effort from their Zendesk support team.

I ordered an Amon Amarth signed board game collection, and waited for awhile, over a year. That being said, once everything was delivered, I was very happy, and I'd say it was worth the wait.

I'm leaving 5 stars because I am happy with the product. Only wish the delivery wait times were more clear as this was a cause for concern.

I have received all the graphic novels that I ordered and I love all the books and the kind of art that they make, the only issue that I had was with the amon amarth graphic novel that they send to me later than the date provided in the pre order, but all fine except this

Finally recieve order, but still no responce from them, nice if could have emailed to see if had got goods. Anyway at least got order.

These people are scammers. Waited for 2 months for them to ship my Iron Maiden comic. They never did. I canceled the order and was promised a refund which, of course, never arrived.
They only way I was able to get my money back from these folks was by opening a dispute with my bank, thank God for that.

Unbelievable. I don't understand how any why respected artists still work with this lot.

Esperando pedido desde el 23/11/2024. Te comunicas por email y siempre es el mismo texto pidiendo disculpas. Le digas lo que le digas, de “copia y pega”. Eso sí tienes suerte y contestan, hace semanas que pasan totalmente. Ni siquiera abriendo disputa en Paypal. No se como bandas tan relevantes como Iron Maiden dejan hacer negocio en su nombre. Pésimo servicio y gran error.

Placed an order on 1st December 2024, it has not been dispatched yet.

I have emailed them a couple of times and all they say is they hoped to ship it before Christmas.

Definitely a scam website, will need to request a refund. Hopefully they will comply.

My daughter purchased a few items including an item that would be released on a later date. This saga has been going on for 2 years! She eventually after many emails and complaints received part of the order but still hasn’t been given her other items or refund. We are fobbed off with excuses and false promises, I feel it’s a scammer website. I have sent loads of messages and emails and have had no real help from anyone at the company. I would avoid buying from them as they obviously don’t respect their customers and have no morals about keeping your money. I have kept all the emails and proof of purchase and advised them I would be doing this review

Still waiting on the Motorhead book from Z2. Same as others have stated, generic email reply's whit zero updates. They are thief's!

Still waiting for the Mötorhead novel that I bought in april! Mailed them like 55 times, only getting the standard reply: We will be in touch when its all sorted out…. Never gonna use them again!

Im at a quandry here. As i have bought quite a few graphic novels and what not. Only bad experience was waiting 6 months for my Motorhead No Remorse hard cover. As everyone states lots of excuses. But luckily enough i did get it. I am now very weary about using this company. Only gave them a 3 because i have recieved everything. BUT BE AWARE.
