Ordered two keyboards from here, yunzii X71 and a mystery keyboard. For the mystery keyboard I added a note asking to please send me something pink or white. I got a very nice wired white keyboard with blue RBG.

After I got my nails done, badly, I accidentally scratched the surface of the keys (bc my nails had sharp edges) and so I tried to order a replacement set. They did not have one listed on their site but after emailing them about this, they searched their warehouse for leftover matching keys. They found some and are now sending me a replacement set for only shipping costs. Very friendly and helpful costumer service.

Ps. Keep in mind that the company is based in Asia and there was a big time difference for me personally, compared to where I am located. This means having to wait a day or two before I got emailed back.

I bought a pre-built keyboard, which was promptly lost, and Yunzii's customer support is nonexistent. Their AI chatbot is worthless, and emailing them directly gets you no replies. Suppose I won't be getting any of my money back. Do not buy from this 'company.'

Fake positive reviews, customer support is close to none, trying to get back my money for a week now.. Support says that my keyboard is on the way and shipping information hasn't even updated in 2 weeks lol

La tastiera che ho scelto era out of stock, quindi il servizio clienti mi ha contattata subito e sono stati super disponibili a offrirmi una soluzione alternativa. La spedizione è partita velocemente ma essendo durante le festività natalizie ci ha messo un po' ad arrivare, ma tutto super tracciato. La tastiera è meravigliosa, funziona benissimo e il suono dei tasti è il paradiso (ho scelto i milk swithces). Esteticamente è stupenda, adoro i colori e le finiture e le luci. Due cose fondamentali: la prima è che c'è una rotella per regolare il volume del pc direttamente sulla tastiera, cosa che secondo me è fantastica. La seconda è che mancano i simboli per l'alfabeto italiano (àòìèù ecc), cosa per me non fondamentale perchè digito senza guardare i tasti, ma penso che sia importante da sapere prima dell'acquisto. Per me voto eccellente, la consiglio!

Avoid buying directly from Yunzii. I received a defective keyboard (software issues). When I asked for a refund within 7 days, they tried to charge me a 35% "restocking fee" for a broken item.
Support is a nightmare. They stalled for days sending useless driver links. When I demanded a return, they promised a prepaid label IF I sent a video of the defect. I sent a video clearly showing the software failing to save settings. Their response? They ignored the video entirely and told me to "click save" (which I was clearly doing in the video).
They are acting in bad faith to avoid refunds. I had to escalate to a PayPal dispute. Do not trust their warranty or support.

Etter å ha fått hjelp med tastatur som ikke fungerte 100%, så fikk jeg helt nytt som nå fungerer 100%. Dessverre gikk det en del tid før jeg fikk svar av kundeservice og derfor gir jeg nå 4/5 stjerner. Men kjempe fornøyd nå!

Only took ten days to arrive, it was in transit for most, and I got responses quick when I asked about it, and they confirmed it was being sent out, for the price the keyboard is heavy, sounds and feels great, if your looking for good midrange keyboards, get one from yunzii,

I initially wrote a negative review about Yunzii, but I must say I was wrong. Their customer support team went above and beyond to address my concerns and provided exceptional service. The Yunzii AL75 Pro keyboard is a fantastic product with top-notch build quality and features. I highly recommend Yunzii for their outstanding products and excellent customer support.

I recently purchased this mechanical keyboard and it has exceeded all my expectations. The build quality is exceptional, providing a satisfying tactile experience with each keystroke. i bought a keyboard, didnt arrive 3 months later and they didnt respond to any emails i sent.

I really love the YZ75. Expect the case is plastic. And feels kinda cheap, it doesn’t really bother me tho.

The customer support also takes a long time to answer.

But overall a good budget keyboard company.

the keyboards are really good quality and stuff when u get it but i thougt i got scammed cus my keyboard did not come before a month so i thougt i got scammed they are legit just taking longer time

Scam, takes your $, responds once then no further communication. Now the hassle of talking to CC company to get $ back. You've been warned. Fake reviews from people who say they are legit.

They are not transparent in what is included and not included in a pre-build keyboards.

Just wasted a lot of money on a mid keyboard.

Would not recommend.

Great support too, I had problems with the local delivery service and their support team was very helpful in assisting me.
