By far the best work platform for freelancers
For freelancers, the YunoJuno experience is flawless - clients are much higher calibre than on other platforms, 14 day payment is usually guaranteed (plus, there's no fees at all), and the support is exceptional - the team are friendly, helpful and always respond to emails or Slack messages in minutes. I've been with YJ for over 7 years and…
I've been with YJ for over 7 years and I believe that says it all. They have improved a lot over time to have a seamless workflow from taking a contract, signing and get paid. Their customer service was always 5* and their finance team too.

issues resolved with ease
I had an issue with adding skills in my work experience. The agent Felix was very helpful, kept me informed all the way and got me the resolution I was looking for. Most chats end at that but he went as far as to offer further help should it be required.
