Utterly delicious, rated 10/10 by the friend I bought the happy birthday and the cake selection for! Rated as lush, and even better because what she couldn’t eat straight away went in the freezer ! Brilliant presentation and kept really fresh, delivered completely fresh, CANT rave about them enough. Thanks!!!

Purchased as a gift delivered damaged still waiting for it to be resolved.
Purchased as a gift delivered direct to my niece as present. When she opened the parcel the honey had leaked over the content. I asked for a replacement and the company asked for photos. My niece sent photos by email direct to the seller. However going into the second week now and she still has not received a replacement. Rubbish customer service trying to contact the seller again to ask again for either replacement or refund.

Product arrived on time and although one of the jars was damaged in transit by rough handling by courier, it was replaced by Yumbles with no problem.

The accessibility to talk to a person is nill I have sent at least 5 emails regarding cancelling a subscription as the system will not allow me to cancel it ,and I keep getting the same email back .I also phoned and left a message and got no reply. I am now going to have to get my bank to block any further payments. It's a shame because I will never use this company again .

You should always find it very easy to contact us and get any help you need. We reply to everyone who contacts us within hours. We have found a few messages we believe to be from you and all were replied back to within hours, but we then never got any reply back from you suggesting you needed more help.
It sounds like our replies to you somehow didn't reach you, perhaps they were misrouted by your email service to your spam. It would be great if you could check there and then drop us a note to let us know either way so we can investigate further accordingly.

Poor delivery service
It’s now 2 weeks since placing the order and I’m still waiting for one of the two items. The delivery system Royal Mail needs a shake up. First parcel took 8 days and 2nd parcel had to be re sent as it was presumed lost. I also had to contact customer service twice as the first message was missed. Not a good experience all round

Beautiful wooden chopping board
Sam gave excellent after sales service. He was so accommodating with my questions & couldn’t have been more helpful. I wasn’t sure if I would receive the gift before Christmas, delivery date was clearly stated, but I was delighted it did arrive. It’s a gorgeous piece of wood, almost too beautiful to chop on. Thank you so much. I will be recommending him & Yumbles to all of my friends & family.

So please follow these steps to get the help you need (if you haven't already):
1. In the Orders page of your Yumbles account you will find your order, the date it was dispatched and the tracking info
2. If that does not help you locate it, then from the same page you can message the seller directly. They will always ensure you get your order.
3. In the very unlikely event you do not receive fast resolution from a seller, then you will find an escalate to us button appear within your messaging with the seller.
Last but not least, if you get stuck on any of this then just us the Contact Us in the footer of the site to reach us quickly.
Order delivery issues are very rare but rest assured both we and the seller you ordered on are always on hand to get them resolved quickly once notified.
