My son has stepped up the senior belt this year and has developed his skills so much, the additional courses and the instructors are great. Would highly recommend Adam.

5 star experience

I would highly recommend
I would highly recommend. Has been great for my child's confidence and discipline. Thr lessons have always been consistent and grading fair and honest with feedback on child's progress and development. Really friendly atmosphere and very supportive of students. It's the one thing my child has stuck at for 5 years and really enjoys.

Adam is not only a great instructor but…
Adam is not only a great instructor but a friend and confidante to my daughter. She has been with Adam for 13 years or so and just graded for her blackbelt. Through covid he did zoom classes to keep the momentum going for the students which was great. His passion in striving to give his students the best for them to achieve their best is second to none. He is fantastic all round, if yoy are thinking to give your kids a taster in martial arts then go to YSMS you will not be disappointed and your kids will thrive with the confidence and new life skills they will achieve

Expert karate experience for all
Adam is a greater teacher who has supported my daughter not only the discipline of karate but also grown her inner confidence and resilience. Classes are filled with humour and focus and over the 10 years she has attended Isabel has grown friendships within the group

First met Adam around 3 years ago when…
First met Adam around 3 years ago when he was the only one out of about a dozen I contacted who was willing to have a look at my daughter Brianna who has cerebral palsy to see if it was possible to teach her all the others gave a very positive NO But Adam has now been teaching her for 3 years at two different venues and just to see her smile when she learns and gets a kata right is worth it plus he's brought her out of her shell as she was very shy with no confidence but now she can't wait for Fridays class and he also teaches myself and my dad and we would all recommend him as he's a great instructor with lots of patience for all ages from 5 to ??? My dad is 70

Thank you for such a great review. The difference Martial Arts can make in a person's life can be huge and Brianna has come such a long way in many respects. Unfortunately too many students are turned away if they have special needs. We try to be as inclusive as we possibly can.
Adam is a great tutor
Adam is a great tutor and my son really enjoys his sessions and building his skills and confidence.

Great club and brilliant tuition from Adam
My son has been attending the club for over 3 years and still throughly enjoys the classes, he shared that Adam makes learning fun and engaging, teaches the right level of discipline needed

The club is fantastic!
The club is fantastic for adults and children alike. I attend (age late 40s) and so do my 2 daughters age 8 and 13. Every week is different and everyone can succeed whatever their ability. Adam is very knowledgable, supportive and encouraging. The club is welcoming and friendly. A great club to be a part of!
