Went for most expensive sexual…
Went for most expensive sexual infection check of 495£ and I was asking is just a blood and urine required for it for a better result ? I was expecting a swab as well because I wasn't well, I couldn't walk from pain. I was told that's more then enough. But the results came all negative with a bottom sentence " we recommend a swab for better results" Realy? I'm disappointed of this service. Highly not recommended to anyone.

Our tests are designed to be clinically appropriate based on the information available at the time of booking. At the time of booking and during our follow-up, no symptoms were reported to our team that would have indicated the need for swab testing.
In cases where symptoms are present, swab testing may be recommended to ensure the most appropriate assessment, which is why further testing may sometimes be advised in a results report.
We appreciate that this can feel frustrating, especially when expectations differ, and we’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would very much welcome the opportunity to review your case in detail and advise on the most suitable next steps.

This company is an absolute joke. Avoid
This company is an absolute joke and borderline criminal. If you book a test with them they will take £400 off you for a clinic appointment and ask you your preferred dates. When theae dates are not available you are then at a total loss and have to battle with them to get your money back… WHO DOES THIS !!! Just have a booking process which is live to you availability just like everyone else on this planet does! What a waste of everyones time!!!

Since we work with partner clinics it is impossible to have live access to each individual clinic diary online, and we do ask that you contact us by telephone or email if you wish to confirm appointment details prior to booking and paying.
You were offered an appointment on your preferred dates at an alternative clinic in Cambridge, but you opted to take a refund.
You requested a refund at 00.21 and your refund was processed at 08.00 on the same morning.
Your email trail on Saturday 6th December between 00:21 - 01:16 was unacceptable. We will not tolerate abusive behaviour.

Amazing service and I totally appreciate their help throughout. The service is very easy to use and everything is organised with clear communication. Once the samples reach the lab, the turnaround time is impressive, within one day as specified for the test I wanted.
Special thank you to Julie, very professional and really grateful for the time and dedication to process my order through and even updated me on weekends to reassure me of progress.
Really genuine team and they honestly care and are there there to provide you with the best service. I’m only one customer of thousands so totally appreciate the time and effort they put into my order.

Following my previous review,Mr Smith , neither my son , wife or myself have been contacted by these scammers but they clearly have our contact numbers and email as we have requested through email for a full refund with still no response. Complete radio silence as expected from scammers. On further investigation the payment my son made up front of £195 went to a company called BM Services. Reliable service with great communication
I’ve used Your Sexual health now 3 times and each time has been amazing!!
First time was to book in a European performer profile test and I popped them a call and Julie was really lovely and accommodating with finding me a clinic I could visit short notice and I received the results exactly when she said I would get them. The clinic I went to also was top quality and the nurse that took my bloods and samples was really nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable
The second time I had to get an Mgen test at short notice and again Julie was super helpful with this getting me booked in at short notice and getting the results to me on time
The third time was actually a tricky situation as my partner and I thought thought we may have been passed Cl or Gon and we needed to get tested asap as we work with others and had been in contact with others and Julie was on emails to me at 7am and by 9:30am everything was confirmed and by 1pm that same day she had got us into a clinic for us to then receive our results (which were all clear) the following day.
This service really is amazing and well worth the money!! Julie is a pleasure to communicate with and really cares about helping you and giving a good service and I will now continue to come back to Your Sexual health for my testing

We work hard to respond to patient enquiries as quickly as possible, but in peak times it can take a little longer. We were also communicating via email but unfortunately our responses filtered into your spam folder.
Regrettably, the nurse visit that you enquired about does require a little more notice than the few hours that were provided, we did offer you an alternative solution but we understand that you were unable to compromise.
