Amazing customer services

Amazing customer services, always replies fast. With different range of tickets . Highly recommend. Only if they done season tickets 😭😭😭😂

SCAMMERS !!!

These guys are a scam and so are the positive reviews written by them.
I was scammed out of £500 by them but luckily my bank are now investigating them along with other fraud company’s.
The moment I was onto them they disappeared and blocked me.
They are still trying to trade and scam others out of football tickets.
Lucky for me, I have a good bank, and who are now after these bunch of low lives.
So stay clear of all there promises and lies

Hi there David,

The game your friend said you purchased off us using a credit card was Liverpool v Chelsea. This game isn’t until October and tickets can only be sent a week before. This is made clear to every customer before payment.

Dear Trustpilot

Why are you allowing this business to manipulate this page by posting numerous questionable 5* reviews within a short period of time that provide little or no detail of a genuine experience ?
One of the options you provide for logging fake reviews is ‘The pattern of reviews for this company is suspicious’.
There are 6 reviews from ‘Consumer’ and 1 from ‘iPhone iPhone’ and that’s before you even start looking at the content !!
You allow them to challenge every negative review as fake (and in some cases temporarily hide these), but permit them to post defamatory comments about the reviewers in their responses ?
Your own guidelines state ‘we don’t allow any content that includes hate speech, discrimination, threats or violence, obscenities, DEFAMATION’. The negative reviews are the ones containing detail and experience whereas the raft of positive reviews that have suddenly appeared on the page in the last few days (after a history of no reviews) say little or nothing apart from a series of random adjectives. It appears that the reviews you are facilitating seem much more likely to be the ones you should be policing.

First off, thanks for the quick reply. It’s good that we can keep the narrative active and ensure any doubt from readers is kept front and centre 👍
So to help people decide who’s telling the truth here, what about you allow comments on your Instagram page, I’ll post screenshots of our conversations for everyone to see and then people can make their own minds up on which of us is being honest ?
I’m sure you wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity to prove what an upstanding company you are.

hi there Geoff, there’s multiple security checks on trust pilot so these are all real. Furthermore the season just started so there’s going to be fresh reviews as we’ve just launched our website. Your writing fake reviews and trying to put us down but we have a lot of loyal customers from long before our website launched. Good luck with trying to put us down but it won’t really work. We’ve also tried to contact you to ask why your doing this but you’ve asked us for money to remove these reviews. We don’t fall into threats or blackmail of any kind.
