Shipping took well over two weeks and the keychain mechanism is messed up on the inside l. Photos are advertised as clear and they came out all transparent. Refuse to give you ur money back

This company is awful. I placed an order and paid 30 bucks for delivery in 3-5 days. It didn’t ship for 7 days and wasn’t delivered until 6 days after that. I tried to cancel before it was shipped and they just shipped it anyway. Ended up receiving the product late and it is utter garbage quality. Fraudsters. Avoid this company at all costs!

The product was as advertised, and well-done. Fun stuff! They need to work a bit on logistics and delivery but if you aren’t in a huge rush, the product is worth the wait.

Although we had a problem with personalization, they immediately contacted with me and issued me new product. This company is very good to work with, should there an issue. I love their products and would have no issue ordering from them again. They have very good customer service which is becoming rare these days! They stand behind their products!

I ordered a Christmas gift in 12/11/24, was told it would be here before Christmas. It’s now 1/4 and my package has still not arrived. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!! I will never order from them again and I would never recommend them.

I ordered something on dec 5th was told it would be 8 to 12 days than the first package got lost that they were making a new one here it Jan 1 and still nothing worst experience ever will never buy from them again ever and won't be telling anyone about this place

I ordered a pair of pajama pants and a pillow. I wouldn’t recommend ordering clothing unless you’re very short or petite. I purchased 2XL PJ pants for my young adult son, who is 6'2". After receiving them, I went back to check the description and saw that the pants are listed as 37 inches long, but they were far too short for him. On the positive side, the print is exactly as pictured and looks great.

One major issue is that the company lists its location as New York, but the items actually ship from China. If I had known they were based outside the United States, it would have made a big difference in my decision, especially since clothing from China tends to run very small. Additionally, even though I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, the overseas shipping caused delays. I wish the company had been more transparent about their location, as I wouldn’t have ordered had I known

Advertised that I would get product by 12/23. Then after confirmation showed that it was a slower shipping method, I contacted them to see whether I could pay more to make sure I got it by 12/23. They charged me $21 extra for expedited shipping so I would get it by then. It's 12/24 now, and the tracking info says only that a label has been created, in China. So now I won't get it in time for a holiday gift exchange. Don't trust this company!

Your Photo Socks is not US based. They are a China base company and your product will be coming from Mainland China. They have no customer service and are extremely unreliable. Ordered a custom pillow and needless to say it was a waste of time and money.

They flagged my review from nearly a year ago because it is Christmas ordering season and the pictures I included that showed the poor quality of ink coverage (left the seams from the folds white despite socks supposed to be black, had what looked like fingerprints from touching the socks before dried, etc) would have hurt their sales. By the time Trustpilot reviews the “flagging” and makes the review with photos viewable again they’ll be past the shopping season. Beware, do not order from them (and if they have time to flag reviews on here, they could have responded to my two emails asking for a refund).

Stay clear from this company… Scam Scam Scam. Online order and paid for expedited shipping 3-5 days for the same amount as the product(s) I ordered. Needless to say a week later no product. I have reached out a couple times via email and no response. Order number provided at the time of order placement, is invalid, untraceable and still shows in process. Definitely a China company using a NY address.

Bad product/bad service. I paid for expedited shipping and the thing didn't arrive for TWO WEEKS. emails were ignored. request for refund ignored. To top it off, the item broke IMMEDIATELY.

Scammed me and took 59.98 from me. Filed a report with FTC. SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered my size according to their chart. I know I didn’t mess up. But they insisted I did. I re ordered the next size up and asked for a refund from my last order. I’m on a time crunch and needed them. I have yet to hear from them. I’m out a lot of money from them. I even called them and it’s a google number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wish I had read the reviews first! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It has been exactly 1 month since I ordered a gift, still no gift!! Sad I wasted $60 on this and the customer service won't help, do not order!!

They charged me for a shipment that never arrived. They refuse to look into it and somehow I paid them $43.97 for something I never received. Oh and Wells Fargo will not back you so best to use a different bank - hence why this is so late. I love these socks - just accidentlaly ordered from the wrong company in haste. I've had the same issues as everyone else. I wish I had taken the time to read these reviews before I placed my order with this horrible company. I ordered custom cat PJs for my 6-year-old daughter on Dec 16 and paid extra for expedited shipping so they would be here before Christmas. I even added a comment to my order that if it could not be delivered before Christmas, I wanted to cancel the order as there was no need for it. As of today, 12/29, the order has not arrived, and my daughter is so disappointed since this was the one thing she wanted from Santa. The company tried to offer me a $10 appeasement after I reached out to them and threatened to take additional action. Considering I paid an extra $21 in "expedited shipping" charges, it was a slap in the face. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. I will also be going out of my way to take whatever action I can to expose their fraudulent practices and ensure no other consumers are put into the same position.

Horrible...Horrible. I am so sad that I did not read reviews before I ordered. NEVER received my custom dog pillow for my son for Christmas even though ordered 4 weeks in advance.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
