1st they changed their product from a deep green to a greyish coloured powder. (They have denied this charge)
My dog will no longer eat food with this on after this change.
The subscription sends an email and just bills you and ships to you £104.85 not enough time to check, change, or stop or pause this in time.
I’ve now tried for 2 weeks to return a shipment. And they are ignoring my emails now. You have to complete a “return application form” online to ask for permission to return. And as part of this you are FORCED to fill in a full questionnaire all about your pet. Which is weird as hell.
Then nothing happens. No acceptance. NO RETURN LABEL THEY REFUSE.
you have to arrange your own postal service. That’s significantly more expensive than they could get.
I’ve been forced to phone in to complain. The lady was nice.
But couldn’t even find me on the system.
She admitted that noone had replied to me.
But the process remains the same. All for me to arrange. Oh and they will take 2 weeks to process the order when it comes back before they even consider a refund.
I will never ever buy from this company again

I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that a full refund was already processed on 10th June. The funds should now be showing in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Regarding the product colour variation, our Green-Lipped Mussel is naturally sourced from New Zealand, and the colour can vary depending on the batch and catch. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
In relation to returns, our policy is clearly outlined on our website. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
I can also confirm that your subscription was selected at the time of order on 2nd June 2025 with a 180-day delivery cycle, which is why the subscription pricing was applied. This option is chosen at checkout by the customer and can be managed or cancelled at any time.
That said, your account has now been fully refunded and the subscription has been cancelled, so no further orders will be sent.

Wonder dust
I've been using Canine Prime for five years on an rx breeding spaniel who was in shocking condition and had a mammary tumour. At ten, she runs as fast as my younger dog, has a shiny coat, is bright and alert and hasn't had an ear infection or a recurrence of tumour. I can see a difference after just a few days without it, or even if I reduce the dose. In fact I took the other dog off it because her energy is already high and it just made her feel too well! I do wish it was less expensive though

This product is really good l have noticed a big difference in.my westie since taking it. she is only a young dog with skin problems. and would Recommend this powder to try to anyone whose pet is struggling with nasty rashes and the usual skin problems you won't disappointed.

My golden retriever Nell loves it
My golden retriever Nell loves it and her coat is so silkey and that's just after two weeks use. Nell is on her 3rd jar as she has 2 scoops per meal. I will be keeping her on it to reap the benefits even though it is expensive, but Nell is worth it. Thank you for a brilliant addition to Neil's diet.

I always deal directly with Mathew because he is so knowledgeable, kind and diligent. He is a fine ambassador for "Your Pet Nutrition". My Cavapoo called Millie, is now 11 years old yet she scampers about like a 6 year old. Canine Prime is a magical powder!
Canine Prime is a magical powder. It looks like fairy dust and sprinkled over Bunty’s main meal it works wonders! The transformation in her day to day nonsense has become quite ridiculous. Bunty is a scatty miniature poodle who’s become even scattier (if that’s possible) but she seems to have even more oomf and staying power. Her itchy ears seem to have lessened and she’s only been enjoying her new additional ‘sprinkles’ for about 5 weeks. I can’t rate it highly enough really and if I were to ask Bunty’s opinion I think she’d agree.
The customer service is outstanding, too. Whenever I’ve asked questions there’s been an immediate response, either online or via the telephone. Everyone’s incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly, which is lovely. Regarding delivery, if you place an order almost instantly your package arrives.
I’m so glad I found YPN, and so is Bunty I’m sure.

We have a cocker spaniel who was constantly scratching at her ears.We had copius amounts of ear drops from the vet-all to no avail.It got to the stage where she was,literally taking chunks out of her ears-blood everywhere.Saw Canine prime online,checked out all the reviews,and took the plunge.Within a week,her ears had healed-her coat was glowing.We stopped the powder for a couple of weeks-the scratching started within 8 days.Put her back on it-hey presto.That was 6 years ago.She will be 11 this year,and still runs around like a puppy.Thank goodness for Canine Prime.
