Absolutely dreadful. Filthy apartment. Electrical lead leading from one room to another powering fridgefreezer and floor lamp and fan. Unusable kitchen equipment. We had to purchase pot snd frying pan. Kitchen tap attached to nothing. Freezer blocked with thick ice, enough to build your own igloo. Curtains had to stay open as the pole was hanging off the wall. Sofa arm wasn't attached, filthy used hankies down the side of the sofa, sofa had cigarette burns. The flat smelt of cigarette smoke. The list goes on. It was so bad, we left 2 days early. Unfortunately we couldn't move as i was down for surgery and had to isolated for 3 days. The pictures advertised were completely different to what we walked in to. Diffrent sifa, different dining table and no seating or table in the veranda. False Advertised at its highest.

The apartment was clean and looked presentable. But a number of key things were not working and were not fixed during my 2 week stay, such as wifi and cable. Some of the other things were fixed after some days - after several calls and emails, such as (1) bedroom heater not turning on (2) another heater falling off the wall (and caused minor injury).

Additionally, the front door to the building (which is on a busy street) was not locking (fixed eventually after complaining) and there is no security or reception. We did not feel safe.

Additionally, it was often difficult to get through to the help line. In fact on arrival after a multi day international travel with kids, we arrived at the building and we had no idea how to get the key etc. Took several calls, emails and running around the building to sort it out. Once we got in, there was no toilet paper!

Lastly, they promised a 15% partial refund for each night affected, but said that hotels.com has to refund them first. Now that I've checked out, they are ignoring my request for this. On the security deposit, they said they it has been refunded, but I've checked over the last 2 days and it has not. They are hardly responding to my messages anymore. I'm out of pocket for at least a hundred pounds for mobile wifi, not mention countless hours for calls, sending emails and to purchase and set up mobile wifi. It's like a twilight zone experience!

Overall, a very distressing stay for my family and poor introduction to the UK's services.

good for short stay

Picking up and deliver the key wasn't working, the shop provided a wrong key when arrived and I had to make some calls and finally go back to get a working key. When leaving I couldn't hand the key back as the shop was closed even that it was inside announced opening hours and there wasn't any key box. The apartment was ok only issue was a bin standing in the kitchen where the lid couldn't close

Great Central location. Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Having a 24 hour concierge provided additional peace of mind about security. The inclusion of an allocated parking space was a real bonus. Great for business travel.

They confirm for late check out but in the last day they call us and say this is not possible anymore.

When I arrived the apartments was clean but messy, dishes in the machine, extra liners thrown in the closet, cleaning products on the floor. The oven also didn’t work during my 17 days stay. The apartments have a good space, towels and liners also good quality, the customer team is friendly, but definitely they can improve some aspects given the price

Room looked exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable, had everything you need and in a great location. Check in and check out instructions very clear and the host was great for anything you need. Looking forward to staying with your perfect stay again whenever I go up to the midlands!

Location was perfect apartment adequate and provided tv entertainment included in price Netflix/Disney+ but the cleanliness was poor, I’m not sure it was even cleaned and bed sheets changed before we got there. Kitchen sides and cupboards looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth. Stains on the sofa , bedroom carpet and bed sheet. Wet sticky mess on the floor left by what I assume liquid in the bin bag. Issues with parking as the space I was given had clamped car in it, so had to park elsewhere and was anxious about getting a ticket during my whole stay. Helpful and friendly concierge and owner brought us the parking permit as it was missing from the apartment.

A well designed apartment allowing full comfort, whilst also fulfilling a modern and stylish aesthetic. Even though my stay was short… I loved it! I was comfortable and it felt like I was on holiday, an amazing experience would deffo recommend! The service was quick and professional. Not only did I feel safe but my pictures came out really great, thanks to the stylist apartment and amazing lighting :)

Booked a stay with your perfect stay over the new year period, was a clean apartment couldn’t have asked for a better host. Easy to book and communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

My whole experience was easy and straight forward , apartment is beautiful , clean , bright and location is ideal for walking into city centre within 10 mins from new street . Gentleman who deals with communication was always at the end of the phone if needed . Appliances and cooking pots and pans all onsite . 100% visiting again Thankyou

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was modern and extremely useful for a longer stay. Underground parking with direct and safe access to the apartment and very central. Communication was also excellent. Highly recommended!!

Terrible Company. Sell property to you with parking and then parking ticket comes after you leave. Problem comes from owner who sells through company but property is managed by a different company who don’t communicate. Check this out or you will be hassled after you leave. This is a poor poor set up!! I won’t be back for sure despite great accommodation!!

Following the Company reply to my review I need to add further comment. The customer service person's, I spoke to, original response was for me to appeal the parking fine. Not until I escalating the complaint did I get a change of attitude. The set up around this property to rent it to the public is complex as there are 4 different people/ companies involved and one end has no idea what the other was doing. The parking company is My Perfect Stays' responsibility or it should be. When you book a room in good faith, on how it was sold this to you, this should not have happened. If it does you should get a much better response originally from them and via a response to your original review. They only sorted it because I would not have let it drop. As I said at the start - a terrible company or at the very least set up that sells and manages it.
