I am really disappointed with this…
I am really disappointed with this outlet. I purchased a bridal all in one to wear under my dress, much to my surprise when I went for my dress fitting I was told my dress was designed to be worn with nothing underneath (it’s a pronovias lace) I emailed and heard from Penny who point blank refused to do anything. I was one day over their 14 day window (which is a ridiculous amount of time in any event when you are waiting for fittings etc) so I am now over £100 out of pocket. I would not use this store again and I was really disappointed with the service I received.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We take all feedback very seriously to ensure that we provide the best service possible. However, our returns policy clearly states that we offer a 14 days returns period but unfortunately you did not contact us to return it within that time frame. I appreciate for you that one day seems ridiculous but whether it is 1 day, 20 days or 100 days it is still outside of the returns period. Had you contacted us within the 14 day period we would have happily issued a refund. You mention that I 'point blank refused' to issue a refund when in fact my response to you was .............”Hi Wendy
We have a 14 day returns policy which this order has now exceeded so this item can no longer be returned I'm afraid”
Please accept my apologies if this came across as curt or abrasive as this was not definitely not my intention

Fit was not very good unable to return as labels fell off when trying on at wedding dress fitting.

Thank you for leaving your review as all feedback is very important to us. You mentioned in your email to us that when you tried on the body at home it didn’t work with your dress and that during the trying on process the labels became detached from the body. We are always very happy to offer a refund for online orders however we do ask that labels are not removed as we cannot resell the item. Regrettably, we were therefore unable to offer a refund in this instance.

Great customer service, unfortunately the product didn't fit however the customer service was top notch, a no hassle refund was issued as soon as the return was confirmed. Many thanks.
