I received my wigs yesterday and they are awful! Cheap and tacky looking! I sent a request to their email to get the address to return them and a request for a full refund of my money . I await a reply .

This website is a scam. Don't waste your money. None of there wigs are worth buying. The products are not what was advertised. I pray that no one else is tricked my their deceptive tactics. The products I received are only fit for the garbage can. They should be ashamed 😔!!!

Just received my wigs and they are beautiful. I love them. I am learning how to wear them.

And by the way, the models are stunning.

I have never shopped at your store b4 but the wigs looks good so when i collect them I'll know definitely if they are like in the pic

I have not been given a date in which my package should arrive. The date that I was given has passed. Where is my order?

I love that you can pick the thickness of the wigs and that the prices are very reasonable. One improvement I would like to see is a place to view all of the wig colors you offer. Not just a picture of a hair section, but an actual wig in each color. One wig I ordered was offered in brown, but there was no picture to show if it was a light or dark brown.

I hate I have to give it a star at all. The horrendous monstrosity of what is proclaimed to be human hair wigs is absolutely a disgrace. I ordered the 4 wig bundle. None of them looked anything like the photos. They had babydoll matted hair, and was very weird colored. They offered $15 refund but I called my credit card company to issue my refund. Please Don't buy from this company. I don't know a Halloween shop I can donate these wigs to. But even they wouldn't want them! These wigs are truly a hot mess!! This company need to be stopped from taking people's money then hiding behind it cost too much to return.

This company is a scam I ordered my two wigs going on 3 weeks now haven't received a tracking number haven't received a verification of receipt but I got proof they took my money though but nothing I even contacted the company to try to get this resolved nobody emails back nobody calls back Oh but they got my money and I'mma let everybody I know do not buy from this company

So many pretty styles. I've never owned or worn a wig before. So, I'm scared and excited to try them

It was horrible the wigs were a nightmare very poorly made they looked nothing like what was being advertised. The hair i received was not even human hair iit was synthetic you was able to see the netting through the hair. Just terrible i would like a full refund due to me having to cancel my trip to florida because these wigs are not suitable to wear to a wedding.. The Ombre blonde wig was not ombre at all it look more platnium then anything and it look like a bowl of raman noodles. The second wig was suppose to be a Bob with Bangs you couldnt tell the front from the back it was so poorly made i look like one of the beetles from back in the 60's and godforbid if a hard wind blew the whole netting would be exposed.. Pls refund me my money kindly thank you..

Ordered two wigs and even followed the descriptions to ensure I got what was pictured—baby hairs and the band that ensures it doesn’t move, parts that give a natural appearance, etc. Instead, I got a standard wig that I can buy from the local store. The fullness is there but the fit is way off as well.
You do not get what is pictured and advertised. You get the wish version.
Ordered the beginning of March, received today.

Well it’s good once you get past the selection of what you are ordering, that part is a little difficult.

These were the worst wigs ever! Total waste of money! Didn’t receive what I ordered and what I did get was poor, poor quality!

I ordered 5 wigs and every one of them was fake! I tried to get my money back and they only wanted to offer me $10 and to keep the wigs. These wigs actually looks like doll hair or for kids to play dress-up with. They are horrible not even close to what I ordered. Lace was sewn onto the very front of the wigs.

I was sent a product that I did not order. This company sent me what they wanted and I was not satisfied. I tried to return the product but this company stop responding to me. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from them. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for sure.

I found what I was looking for. I can't wait for it to come. My first wig thank you. ☺️
