The wig was synthetic and nothing like i would have purchased myself if the picture and description wasnt so misleading. I would not even accept the wig if it was giving away for free. I had told my coworkers about their supposed 'deal' but on recieving my wigs I would neber recommend this site nor these wigs

OMG! If you come across this site, please, please buyer beware. It’s like the wish site but they ship faster. Their wigs look like mop rags, I orderd a wine colored wig and was sent some weird fuschia looking fake wig. Looks like a bad wig from a Tyler perry movie. Do not purchase from these slime balls

I wish I had reviewed this company before I purchased three ugly wigs from your first wig. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with my three wigs. They look awful. They don’t look like the advertised wigs withe the pre plucked lace that is invisible. The wigs I received have ugly noticeable wefts , and no lace front part or scalp. It’s bulky and looks like it was made on an assembly line. I feel defrauded. I would really like my money back. These wigs were deplorable.

AWFUL! Buyers beware! These wigs look nothing like how they are portrayed on Instagram and media sites. They are of poor quality, heavy, and the styles look like you could mop up your floor with them

None of the wigs looks like the pictures,they are synthetic not human. None of the wigs are pre-plucked with natural hairline. I provided proof of the shoddy threading on the nonexistent hairline along with the back hook loops still being sewn shut when they should be open to customer service for a return refund. Per this website's return policy I should not be at fault to pay for shipping due to quality issue and provide proof. They ignored me twice and presistied that I need to pay for the return shipping and threatened me that it is expensive, takes a long time and packages are lost all the time and that I should accept a partial refund of $10. Beware yourfirstwig is a scam.

Received 2 wigs today and neither one of them look like what I ordered. Very disappointed for waiting over a week for this B.S. Don't waste your $$$. They suck!

I ordered two wigs. However, the wigs that were send wasn't what I ordered. Not to mention, they sent two of the same low budget wigs. Save your money people 😡

Purchased from an advertisement. I received, three wigs/wig caps/ some jewelry I thought that these wigs would need some work but what I received was absolutely NOTHING like described or depicted in the pictures or videos. The hair is extremely silky, the parting areas and space are faulty or non existing. I was really excited for the natural short look I ordered, it's just silky crimps. I really am disappointed with this order. I will not order again and I deter others from purchasing from this company. And to think, I ordered one of the units to attend a formal event.

Yourfirstwig company I ordered 2 glueless wigs. They were trash. both were wine red. 1st wig was supposed to be 12" part on the side 200% full human hair. I received 14" permanent part in the middle 85% full synthetic hair. Was packed in some cheap ziplock plastic bag. When I took out the wig the hairs started falling out the wig. No way I can make a side part and the more I touch the wig more hair falls out. There is no way I can restyle this wig nor the 2nd wig which that wig was supposed to be a 4" on top and close cut on sides and back pixy cut. That wig looks like a Beatles style can't restyle that wig neither also not human hair its synthetic. I'm mad, hurt and disappointed. Never again order from MYFIRSTWIG. PEOPLE DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!! I tried to contact them from 2 websites they had in there page it comes back as failure no way to reach them. They sent me trash. You don't get the pretty package and wigs these so called good reviews put out. They are fake. People doNOT order. They won't let you leave a review on there page until confirmation of recieved product and I couldn't confirm. So I could leave a review of my so called wigs.

Fraudulent. Do Not Order from this foreign entity. Definitely not as advertised and they offered $5 refund on $59.98 order or you can pay to return the items to China. They tell you:
“I'll state in advance that international shipping is expensive (you can ask the post office for logistics costs first) and the rate of lost shipments is relatively high, as well as the time it takes to sign for them, I think a partial refund and you keeping the items is a better option.” Again, the partial refund is $5.

The wigs are horribly poor quality, lots of shedding and look nothing like the photos. Be Warned. Wish I had read the reviews. Waste of money.

Definitely my first wig and it was 3 wigs for $59.98. I did reach out to the company and you offered $10 refund instead of $5 and again informed me of the expense to ship internationally. Still unacceptable because of products I cannot use. I wish this site allowed photos. Communication with service at yourfirstwig.com
