Charged for Tatkal 30days, but was granted 2 long months under normal plan. Hence I have been overcharged, with no chance of refund of difference amount. Although my Gazette came after 2 months, these people are slow, negligent of details, lost some of my documents and clearly take advantage of people’s pressures due to name change problem. Beware of being overcharged.

I had to change my minor son's name. i had searched various website but all seemed shady until i saw this website.It seemed genuine and also they reached out and explained the entire process to me. Their words seemed genuine and i went ahead to try them n it was great that i did.I had a smooth experience with them.they did everything so quickly and correctly.I didnt have to keep asking what is happening.

I genuinely don’t understand what’s going wrong with this company. Their customer support is beyond subpar — it’s practically non-existent. I’ve sent multiple emails over the past 10 to 12 days and haven’t received a single response. When they do respond in group chats, it takes anywhere from 12 to 48 hours even though there are 5 to 7 representatives present. That’s just unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the process they follow seems completely haphazard and unstructured. There’s no clarity, no accountability, and definitely no urgency.

What frustrates me the most is that I’ve been requesting an invoice for nearly two weeks now — and still, nothing. No update, no resolution, just radio silence. This kind of customer handling raises serious red flags.

This is a fraud company, do not believe on any of the reviews. payal and all the other women there are running a scam. they will push you to pay thousands of rupees and won't get your work done. SCAM!!

Extremely Pathetic service. all the females over there speaks non stop they won't even listen to what you trying to tell them. my process didn't even required any gazette yet they just keep pushing for it. they don't do name change in your documents they only do the gazette which anyone can do easily by themselves. please don't fall for these people. I'll be reporting them to the higher agency.

I hired them for a gazzate they asked 1500 initial payment after payment they created a group and published ad on news paper and asked for second payment of 4000 for submitting after payment no update
They are just not picking up my calls and not reading my message.
