They are terrible for customer service I did contact them several times and told them about the issues I have been facing, not responding at all and by the way when you try the link they send you to reset password it goes round the circle and keep asking to fill up email address so many times without actually helping you to reset password, not recommend

This company offered the best price for the air flosser that I wanted to buy. I had not used this company before but I found it to be a great experience. I ordered on Tues & had the product by Thurs and it was free delivery due to the amount I spent. They kept me informed of dispatch & sent the product by tracked Royal Mail. I would highly recommend this company.

I have bought a bargain pack of 10 toothpaste and I have only received 1 tube of toothpaste.
I have emailed the company several times as there is no telephone number and I have still not had any communications from them to explain how they are going to rectify the problem.

These are a bunch of scammer. STAY AWAY.
These are a bunch of scammer. They will take your money and never send the product.
I placed an order at night and immediately had to cancel it. Next day morning first thing I get an email as saying that my order has been sent. It was never sent and they don't reply to emails. They don't have any phone number to contact. Just stay away from them.
Edit: They commented on this review here asking for details, which I provided. But they didn't contact me after that. I neither got the product nor my money back. Stay away from these scammers!

Update of my original review
I placed my order 2nd week in December but still haven't received my order 2nd week in January. I've emailed and tried to make contact several times but never had a single reply.
A quick update, since I finally managed to get in touch with these they have been very helpful and got confirmation that my order as been dispatched with tracking given. So even though I've had couple of problems with delivery and struggling with getting in contact in the beginning I would certainly order again because once I managed to get in touch regarding my order they have been very helpful. Many thanks

Hi Peter, not only did you fail to put the correct address on your order (Royal Mail are now returning your order to us as there wasn't a house number), but your email appears to be incorrect as well. It has been extremely difficult for retailers to keep up with deliveries during the festive period. We will rectify your address as soon as Royal Mail return your order to us.

would not recommend
Had to return an item at my expense (almost £10!) that shouldn’t have been dispatched to me. No response to emails I sent, no refund despite the returned item being accepted by them and signed for by them 9 days previously, they eventually replied stating they hadn’t received it (despite it clearly being signed for).
They seem to conveniently not receive certain emails, or returned items (despite email threads showing emails clearly sent, and postal tracking clearly showing they received the item). No contact phone number, and contacting them via there website contact form apparently doesn’t reach them, so not very helpful for customers.
Zero customer service, would not recommend. (Eventually was refunded after multiple emails. not what you would expect from somewhere claiming to be reputable).

Terrific company to deal with
Terrific company to deal with. They are responsive to every question I gave them on their chat line and the product was delivered within days, despite strikes. I was recommended by my dentist and I would certainly recommend them to my friends.
