Scammm I can’t get a refund I had a £24.99 transaction from this company I can’t get a refund I need help my bank said they can’t refund me Disgusting corruption. Terrible anyway of finding a contact number or email.
DISGUSTING!
Had a payment of £24.99 debited from my account which I did not authorise from YOUR DEFENDER and another £24.99 from SAVINGHUT. I was innocently browsing for a loan and came across this company that did my credit check, they debited 11p & 12p from my account as “test” payments and the next thing I know I’ve been charged 2 lots of £24.99!
Can’t find the company on the internet!!!
Thankfully my bank have cancelled the payments and cancelled my card.
Scammers - about 9 days ago I tried to take out a short term loan. Part of the process asked me to verify my bank account via an £0.11 test payment. Today, YOUR DEFENDER have taken £24.99 out of my account on my debit card. No way of contacting them. Have used my bank's fraud team to assist. They cancelled the debit card so payments could no longer be taken and refunded the charges to me. If you're reading this before deciding whether to authorise a test payment - DO NOT!!!
Does anyone have any contact details for these people took £24.99 out my bank today and I have no clue who they are my bank have raised it as fraud and hopefully will get my money back has anyone else had any luck with a refund
Don't know who these are but think there in league with saverstreet.co. Uk. As both companies took money from my account on same day.. I never heard of niver. But both taken money and no ideas how or how they did it, let alone how got my details
Scammers, tried to take £24.95 from account luckily I do not keep money in my current account if I do not plan to use it. Can’t find any details of how to cancel this so I have blocked my card on my internet banking and have ordered a new card.
Fraudulently take money (£24.95 from my account which I did NOT authorise) from your account and then none of their contact details work . . Emails bounce back, phone number inactive
TOTAL SCAM - AVOID AVOID THIS IS THEFT

Never signed up to this awful company. Keeps taking £24.95 each month and two payments this month. I can't find a contact number or email for them. Can anybody give me their details please. Many thanks
Your defender have taken 11pence then 2 payments of 24.95 I can't afford that money to be taken. I have contacted my bank as I have no idea how they have got my details. Absolutely devastated
Scam have multiple companies, doing the exact same scam the website no long works and almost impossible to find, number and emails doesn't work f*** knows how I got signed up for this s**t, contacted my bank and getting a fully refund
Total scam the number on the site doesnt work and i cannot find a way of contacting them for a refund
This is a con. First they charged me £14.95 I emailed them to cancel my account and refund the money. Today they have taken 2 payments of £24.95. I do not know how I got signed up to them in the first place.

Randomly charged my card 0.38 p then 2 days later it took 15 pound from my bank for no reason the website can't be found on a Google search big scam stay away
