These patches were a waste don’t buy and they conned me I paid 60 pounds went through twice so mad no one to get in touch with

I think it's a scam and see that it doesn't work at all. I was a fool to believe that it was going to work. There is no change in my weight and how does a patch work on your skin. The pictures of the doctors and names does not match. I did a search and the doctors are not the same. It's a scam.

ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrung gemacht. Allerdings erst gestern angefangen, kein Hungergefühl mehr und auch der Apatit verging, hielt sich aber in Grenzen. ich vermisse nur eine genaue Anwendung der Pades. Bisher habe ich mich an die Anweisung gehalten, gestern den ganzen Tag angehabt, über Nacht entfernt und heute Morgen gelesen pflaster an anderer stell befestigen habe ich getan. Was nun? Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, es hilft. Aber bitte, ich brauche von Ihnen noch genaue Anweisung. Danke, würde mich freuen, wenn Antwort kommt

I have been ringing and emailing this Company for 4 weeks now no instructions, l order 90 patches over charged for the 3rd packet of patches but even worst than that there was only 56 patches l have tried and tried to get either a refund or replacement patches nobody want to know l am very disappointed and advise others not to use this Company l think this is a scam and a waste of my time and money.
Received patches 5th April been ringing and emailing for 4 weeks last email 30th April. If l could give this Company a zero star l would. This company needs to be investigated.

Received patches but could not use them as the instructions on the box said remove the 1st patch after 2 hours. So what happens then? I don't think it's unreasonable to want to know where they are best placed on the body and how long they are required to stay in position.

Read other reviews and they seem to be getting on with it so how did they learn to use the patches. Tried contacting them but as yet have had no reply.

This patch does not work. I only wanted to lose half a stone and the website informed me it would take 2 weeks. Three weeks later and I haven't lost an ounce. The patch doesn't stick after the first application. The 30 day refund claim is impossible as there is no way to contact the company.

Emailed this company several times asking what's happened to my order and if I can have a refund as I placed the order over a week ago and they haven't replied and I haven't received my patches either. Not happy as they have taken a huge sum of money and no explanation 😡

A load of rubbish,these patches do not work,just a complete waste of money,just a SCAM,please don't waste you're money!!!!!!!!!

I have tried these patches and they don’t work and irritate my skin and I have not been able to contact them although I have tried several times.I am trying to cancel my subscription

NO response ever received to ANY email & their phone number is answered but holds you in a queue then says the extension/department is "not available". Scam scam scam. Tried to spontaneously cancel straight after accidental order, but their system still charge my card. Request cancellation straightaway but no response despite several contacts. Eventually an email from same yet ignoring my previous emails that order is despatched. All my emails remain ignored. Order has never arrived and my refund never looked after. I believe they waiting for their 30 days policy to be professoinal muggers. Useless, scam muggers

THIS IS A SCAM I ordered 2 packs and they charged and sent me 3 packs. I could not cancel the order and when I emailed them, they responded a week later saying the patches had already left the building. THE PATCHES DO NOT WORK. When I emailed them again, a week later they responded say I need to change my eating habits, exercise more, sleep better and drink lots of water all of which I did with no loss of weight. They just ignored that I asked for a refund. Their policy said "no questions asked money back guarantee" this is not the case. You cannot get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. FALSE ADVERTISING.

Absolute rubbish. They do not work. Company not acknowledging it's refund policy. DO NOT BUY

My first order gave instructions:
Step One "Remove the patch from the packaging".
Step Two "Stick the patch on your body as soon as you wake up"
Step Three "Replace the patch after two hours. Stick it on a different place than before"
I didn't understand three - am I being told to use another patch as it says "replace the patch". It came off when trying to use the same patch on a different place.

I decided that the patches were working and I should order another box but this had different instructions'

"Step one. Apply one patch on the morning per day in the morning on a clean dry area such as your upper arm, chest or shoulder.
Step two. Leave the patch on for a maximum of 2 hours then remove it. The ingredients are fully absorbed and remain active in your body for 24 hours. Do not apply a new patch until 24 hours have passed.
Step three. For optimal results stay hydrated and move more throughout your day - this is not required but helps reduce fat burning!"

Presumably the second lot of instructions are the ones to follow?

Another issue. Why ls the debit on my credit card shown as a company I have never heard of - "Sp Newsblogstoday24" I didn't realise this was for the diet patch and contacted my bank to say I had never heard of that company. I was then reimbursed.

Useless. Causes inflammation of the skin despite moving position of patch.
I did manage to get it to stick twice per patch but the lack of any instruction makes it difficult to know what to do. Talk of 24 hours and moving it every 2 hours when it only sticks twice is confusing and you have to remove the white shield to get to a black patch too. Anyway, I gave it a good go but lost no weight although I was careful about what I ate. Obviously a scam

Do not place an order. This company is a scam. They don’t response to emails or answer phone calls. Be careful and don’t waste your money

Total scam company. Paid for order only received half of order 2 weeks later. Emailed to complain and they took 10 days to reply and basically said there was nothing they could do and would not send out missing part of order as I hadn't reported this within 10 days of order. (I didn't receive it two weeks. Please please don't waste your money. Spread the word . I hate a scam company that get away with takings people's money
