Cheap price, great customer service, but item was quite late
I preordered an item that was the cheapest I could find online by a good amount. Unfortunately it ended up taking an extra month to arrive due to issues with the supplier, Yokaiju did not bother informing me of this and ended up listing my transaction as complete. I followed this up by emailing them where I was told about an issue with the supplier and was told they would chase it up for me, a couple days later I was updated on what was going to happen.
In the end I got the item I received for a cheap price, the only downside was not being told about the supplier issues (which I wasn't bothered about anyway). Customer service was 10/10 when I did email. Also got a cute custom thank you card with my order

If you remember, we chatted via email about the 'complete' status being a bug that happened because your order was transferred from our old site to our new one. We've sorted that now so it'll never happen again (b ᵔ▽ᵔ)b We also send a 'Preorder Updates' email out to everyone who's preordered an item at the end of each month. We sent one to your email address in both April (the month your figure was supposed to be released) and May. It's super strange that you didn't get it! Unless it went into your junk mail? (>_<) If you check out other people's reviews, you can see that keeping our customers updated is super important to us, so we definitely did bother to tell you! Haha. We're also sorry about the delays your figure faced. Unfortunately a lot of figures have been affected over the past year, but things are gradually getting back to normal. Hope that clears up any misunderstandings (* ^ ω ^) Thanks again! ＼(＾▽＾)／

Preordered a figure from them, and due to covid and other issues it had been delayed by a couple months, but the Yokaiju team kept me updated throughout and were very helpful in answering any questions I had. All in all great experience, came packaged nicely with a cute personalised note inside. Will definitely be ordering from them again. :)

One of my new FAVOURITE shops to buy from, I bought some bungo stray dogs books and they were delivered just two days after purchase! They even came with a personal hand written thank you note which adds some sparkle to your purchase. I’d recommend this website to anybody and I’ll definitely be using it many more times
