It is excellent, they have a great variety of programs and exercises that help me to keep my mind and my spirit relaxed and healthy. I love it!

So, so wonderful. Easy, user-friendly interface, wonderful teachers and classes, meditations, journaling practices, and education. I use multiple times a day. No words for how amazing it is!

I have tried a lot of different Yoga programs. After trying Yoga Girl, I don't need to try anything else, the search is over. The variety of classes and courses offered is amazing. I really enjoy most of the instructors, there is someone on there for everyone. My favorite thing about Yoga girl and that she includes the spiritual aspect that is often missing in the western practice of Yoga.

I’ve been following Yogagirl since 2014. She’s real and always inspiring in all she does. There are plenty of classes available at all times plus she adds in live classes. And it’s not just yoga. It’s also meditation, astrology, nutrition and others. Plus I believe the cost of membership is very reasonable. Keep doing what you’re doing!❤️

I've been using this platform for at home yoga since it began. I keep coming back to it because the classes are often just what I need for my back, shoulders, and core. I especially LOVE Rachel's Christmas practices! I just REALLY REALLY wish they would film/add more classes on a regular basis. I find I am doing the same ones I've done since 2015 or was it 2014.

I found Yoga Girl's instagram in 2017 and have been following her #yogaeverydamnday...I do yoga 3 times a week and meditation the other days and yoga girl is my inspiration to stay the course. I love the recipes, podcasts, and diverisity in the yoga teachers...they are all great at their specialties and depending on my mood they all "meet me where I am that day!" On New Year's day I participate in the 108 sun salutations which always makes my year so abundant in so many ways! I love everyone on Yoga Girl and they have inspired me to create my own website to help others gain their confidence and desires for a better life... Her story and daily happenings made me a follower for life. Love you all! <3 jody

From the journal prompts to the classes (jenn speaks to my soul) and the podcasts i can’t even express into words the impact you have had on my life. I did the Healing Hour class with Rachel during Pisces full moon. It was so nourishing and freeing. Rachel is a wonderful teacher and being.

I signed up for one of Rachel’s Live Classes On YogaGirl.com and loved it. I have followed Rachel since 2013. I’m not much of a Yogi (yet) but it is convenient to be able to pay for individual items. I will have to save up for that yearly membership! 💗

Once logged in, I found that there is so much information and so many resources in this site! Recorded classes, live classes, reading materials, recipes, journal prompts—It’s incredible! I have just signed up for Yoga Girl membership a few days ago but have been practicing every day since then. I love that I can search for practices based on my mood, the length and the level. The membership also gives me a sense of belonging to a community that's open to everyone and everywhere in the world. I'm a beginner and maybe I'll stay a beginner forever but that's OK. I'm excited to dive in! Yoga Every Damn Day!
