I’ve got to commend yeti on their support, from my experience it’s first class. From a couple of issues I’ve had and submitted a ticket, they respond very quickly and I genuinely feel they’re eager to get you back up and running as quick as poss.I’ve had my SmartBench for over a year now and it’s totally transformed the way I do things, I can’t imagine not ever having one .

We've owned our SmartBench for two years now, we've had very little trouble with the machine and when we have - the customer service has been excellent both in and out of warrantee.

It comes with everything you need straight out of the crates and can be set up ready to work in under 30mins. Their are 3 tiers of bench and a host of options to buy or not buy additional accessories. Demonstration of how it can be deployed is available online. Basic training specific to the smart bench is available online with a great user group on social media for general questions and a host of youtube tutorials for software related guidance.

The continued promotion of our small business across social media is also massively appreciated and has led directly to sales.

Yeti Tool smartbench is a revolutionary piece of precision equipment. The product is also backed up by amazing service from the team of very cleaver and helpful individuals who go above and beyond to support the ever growing community of smartbench owners.
