Took my money, never sent product. Stay away!
I was a big fan of Julz and following her snapchats. She aways mentioned her "Never not working" and I absolutely loved that and knew she had merchandise for sale with exactly that quote on it which I thought would be perfect for my boyfriend for Christmas while I was visiting California.
I ordered a t-shirt on YesJulz.com on 11/26/2015 for $44.50 to make sure it would arrive by Christmas. Boy was I wrong!
On 12/16/2015 I received an e-mail from Alessandra Szul, who wrote she was part of Operations at YesJulz that she was in contact with the warehouse who produces their shirts and would get back to me by the next day with an update.
Next day came and I never heard back. I continued to e-mail Alessandra, but never received any response.
Christmas came, and still no shirt. I started to try the contact page on their website as well as continuing to e-mail Alessandra, but NO ONE ever responds to me.
They took my money and never sent my item OR tried to fix the issue!
STAY AWAY!
