Enquired about a car that I was thinking of purchasing but needed to know a few details of the car on their web site. It said that I could ask questions about the car which I did. I spoke to someone online and she said that they'd get back to me. Well, this hasn't happened so it would appear that this company didn't like my questions... or answers to their questions but it would be courteous to send an email at least to tell me.

Brilliant service, no pushy salesman! Tom was brilliant start to finish, explained everything I needed to know about finance and warranty to me! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality second hand car!

Extremely unprofessional service , only Alex had anything about him , back street garage back street service promised my deposit back which I was told was refundable , however they had decided not to refund it as they had done the cambelt on request, sorry it's in the service schedule at that mileage age to be done ...if the cars ain't prepped right walk away totally unprofessional...

Found an advert online via Autotrader with YesCar!

Got in contact with Tom and he answered all my questions and allowed me to arrange a viewing for the vehicle.

Once there, he was friendly and welcoming and even offered me a free coffee on his brand new machine! He then gave me the keys and let me check the vehicle over in my own time, unlike other sellers who almost force the vehicle down your throat.

Took the vehicle out for a test drive and Tom was more than happy to accommodate my needs and questions.

I loved the car, bought it there and then and even managed to get it delivered to my address over 4 hours away a couple of days later.

So happy we went to Yes! Car to find a car. They had a really good selection of cars at great prices and the best thing is they are not pushy salesmen. Tom was really helpful and the sale was effortless and even sorted out the Tax on the car before we left.

Stay away from this company! Money grabbers! Only concerned about money and they’re selling cars to cash buyers which aren’t HPI. Financed a car from them and got told it has been sold when I called to collect it. Finance agreement was signed already and cleared. They sold a car already on finance to a cash buyer (which is illegal) because they couldn’t be bothered to wait for me to collect it. No proper communication from them at all, refusing to answer phones because they know they’re in the wrong! Only concerned about money and no concern for their customers.

This is my first car purchase that was completely my decision, everyone tried to warn me not to do this online but I took a leap of faith and have been so happy with this decision. The service I have received from Tom from start to finish has been excellent, every single question has been answered and any issues I had he instantly resolved. Every single mad question has been answered with professionalism and expertise- I would recommend purchasing through this company that have made so many brilliant alterations to the sales process in order to be able to operate during a lockdown. The car was delivered in a timely fashion and the fact it has a 14-day money-back guarantee for any manufacturing defects really put your mind at ease. It makes me happy to see how well a company has adapted to the change in buying and selling cars, its a great lesson for their competitors.
