CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I opened an account on a Tuesday by Friday at 10:12am I received a email stating they needed important document to release the rest of the funds. (didn’t specify what). Of the account could be frozen 🤣. I had 72 business hours. The app didn’t state what it was or or email. I called in an hour later and found out it was just a picture of my signature on passport. I sent it immediately an hour later. On Monday, 24 business hrs later while my document was in their inbox they sent this message about my account “ We have been trying to reach you regarding your account and we have been unable to make contact. Your account is now frozen due to missing essential documents or specific information required to process the title paperwork. Please be aware that if we are unable to obtain the required documents, we may be forced to take legal action against you.” Threatening legal action while my document was sitting there! Not to mention they gave me 72 business hours and froze my account less than 24 business hours later.

I also received an email on 7/18 “
Hi Marissa,
Good news! Your physical card will arrive soon within 3-7 business days. Once your card arrives, activate your card and start using it. Simply open the card packaging that has your Yendo Card and follow the instructions below.” The card was in fact never cut or shipped. They send automated emails when they get you documents. There are over 20 reviews stating customers got the same email and never received the card. I have called 4 times regarding this and on Friday 7/31 they didn’t admit it was never cut but they said it was lost or stolen 😂. So I stayed on the phone for 2 hrs to have them state their outsourced agents got approval from some in the IS to expedite the card via FEDEX and they never sent anything and here I am again on the phone for an hour and no email or confirmation. I was lied
To again about expediting a card. They signed a contract and are not filling their end by giving me full access by not printing customers cards. Do not use this company. I should have known.

Fed ex ground took forever to deliver the title , it is almost two weeks later still bunch of bs . Still hasn’t received my full credit line I’m so ready to just pay the balance due now from waiting for card to arrive and cancel this account not worth it all folks.u get charged extra for buying items with the card . So u pay 20 for food ? Expect another 12 dollars to come out just caused u used the card lol . Not worth it

It’s not a real loan, cash is difficult to get. I have yet to get my card so I can’t shop at Walmart or pay certain bills that I needed the money for.

Yall are the ones who need to be honest and truthful don't say yall gonnado something and then renig after receiving title then all of a sudden a new problem pops up after you get my stuff that is deception in the fullest form and is wrong

It's nice to know that if I really have an emergency there's enough on this credit card to achieve what ever may come my way.

The experience that I had was a good experience. They did exactly what they say that they would do, and I like that

I have had 2 FALSE unauthorized liens filed on a single vehicle thru this company.
I do have police investigating.
