I've used Yellow Images for years.
I've used Yellow Images for years.
I came across Yellow Images when DKNG was showcasing a series of Beer can ads on their Instagram Live. They talked about the mockups they used and it turned out that all of them came from Yellow. From there I began to use Yellow Images Mock-ups for all my projects that required a high-quality rendered mock-up. I was able to win multiple awards using their mock-ups as tools to quickly and effectively bring my designs to life. There are plenty of good free mock-ups you can find on the internet, but not many come close to the flexibility and user-friendly folder structure found in Yellow Images mock-up files.

The Mockup Go-to Company
Yellow Images is our mockup go-to resource. As and Brand and UI agency, we love everything about YI. Their website, the aesthetic, and quality. Their work is capable of elevating any brand or portfolio.
First thing you'll notice is the universal standard of quality. All files are incredibly well designed and labelled—making them an absolute joy to use.
Beyond the consistency from mockup to mockup, they produce entire series of work—perfect for showcasing your work from all angles.
As an agency, we rely on them religiously. As an design professional, I admire the superior quality of the work and file structure. As a teacher, I recommend them as the ideal way to showcase your work.
Can't say enough good things about them.

Your Mock ups are amazing
Your Mock ups are amazing, it wold be really great if there were a few options on angles given per mock up this would be super helpful. Also the custom mock up service would be great if A. you could speak to someone and if your turn around time could be shortend.

best mock up resource
Nothing special to say. For me this is the best mock up resource. Not only because of the amount of mock ups, but also because of the quality. There are other resources that are cheaper, still, the quality, even if it's also a 3D... is not that good. I've bought some beer bottles - just amazing. My works went to a new level with these yellowimages works. thanks

Hi Bartosz and thank you so much for your feedback. We are really sorry for the negative experience you faced while working with our marketplace!
We've carefully looked into your account and found out that you were charged a transaction fee for the payout you requested. That fee was deducted by the external payout provider, not by Yellow Images, but anyway, please, accept our apologies for all the confusion.
Our support agents reached out to you by email to give more details on what happened. We also invite you to check this article to learn more about the payouts on Yellow Images: https://help.yellowimages.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003422478-How-can-I-withdraw-my-earnings-
As to author sales commissions, authors always get 50% of the full purchase amount. Please, find out more on our 'Become an author' page: https://yellowimages.com/become-an-author

Answering a simple question takes…
Answering a simple question takes forever.
If you faced any problems forget about your money. Just don't waste your time. They just take money.
More than 4 times I messaged them, they answer after 6 hours, 11 hours, 2 days.
And all your requests will end up with NO, NO, and NO NO. It seems there is no solution in their system. If there is a problem, it is the customer's fault that trusts them. They take customer's money fast, but they do not help customers.

Hi Ben, and thank you so much for pointing this out for us!
We're so sorry it took longer than expected to resolve the issue you addressed with! This is not something that would typically happen at our website. As far as we know, it took time since our agents just had to escalate your query to handle it properly and find a relevant compensation for you.
We do understand this is not ideal, though!
We will do our best to fix this and make sure the delays don't happen again in the future!
Please, don't hesitate to contact us for support or share any more feedback. Your input inspires us to create better products and services!
Best regards,
Yellow Images Team.
