No item delivered complained to antasie they keep asking for a serial number for the item I've never received. The item eventually arrived but a few days after the delivery company they used said it was delivered. Possibly down to the courier the link on the order they attached kept directing me to dpd. For trainers I'd purchased

Scam....ordered through pay pal....never received goods....money down the drain...disgusting that pay pal fronted this....don't order....!!

*** WARNING! *** Check out TrustPilot and other reviews before you order from Comfybear, Lavenieuk, Homiepie and similar websites. They are fronting low quality inferior goods that are shipped directly from China, usually with about 1 month delivery, and no return instructions. The payment goes through a Salford based UK limited company called YC-TECH or similar with Chinese directors. PayPal Resolution may lead to an offer to refund but only if you pay to send the items back to China, costing most if not more than the amount you'd get refunded!, *** AVOID ***.

I made a purchase thru YC TECH, they took my money for the order instantly, they did not send an order confirmation email, they did not send a receipt, just nothing, on their website the customer support tab does nothing, you can click it until your finger falls off and it literally does nothing, there is no way to contact them at all. They must think they should have peoples money for free for visiting their site? The only receipt I received was from my credit card company. Sadly YC TECH you're not getting my money for nothing and I really hope you get shut down for stealing people's money. Now deal with my bank. Don't buy anything thru YC TECH! They are scammers.

I bought Solution Welding rods from this company and had to wait weeks for my order as it was not made clear that it would be shipped from China, in addition I was ripped off as I was supplied with some pathetic very thin section wire instead of the rods that were clearly shown in their video as advertised on their website.
Just absolute scammers!

I have tried to e mail them 4 times on 2 weeks and NEVER get any response.
I bought a hat/scarf set, great, warm and cosy as it says. HOWEVER the wooden hat seams came apart after 4-5 outings and I was just about to purchase another one when I saw this.
I’ve written till I’m fed up, all I wanted was some kind of response? In these dreadful times smaller businesses MUST keep on top of any complaints otherwise how will they ever compete with others.....

Avoid! I could have bought the same but with instructions from ebay for a fraction of the price. They didn't even send instructions how to mold the clip on veneers and I doubt the tiny bit of molding material they sent will be enough.
I had thought an American company would sell better than the rubbish that gets here. No. It is from China.
Save the money toward proper dental work, such as implants.

I agree with everyone on here about the mis reputation of advertising of there products.
I ordered what I thought was a gadget which cleaned in very small areas with three brush heads, all I received was two brush heads no handle for the heads to attach to. Third brush missing.
I have emailed three times no answer, total rip off.
Everyone stay clear of theses thief’s.

Just received my mop all it was heads no electric mop at all total scam

Items supplied do not work and not as described or shown in face book video and sellers are not interested in solving the problem just asking for the product to be shipped back to China at my cost before consider refunding - total scam. This website YC Tech doesn't exist

Just purchased a 'Vision Mat' advert shows a fully grown adult jumping into the middle of it and sitting with hands and feet spread across it. Possibly 5 -6 feet round. What I get is a rubbish 16" by 24" bloody door mat. You would struggle to jump into it if you were a hobbit. Load of crap ,not as advertised for $20. Con artistes

WARNING this is a Go Daddy website and is a scam. Goods are falsely described and rubbish when received. I bought 30 plastic hooks advertised at holding up to 15 Kgs and fall down as soon as anything very light is put on them. No confirmation email when order is placed, no delivery note on parcel. Do not reply to emails. Wasted £16.99. They advertise on Facebook do be aware.
