Lots of help figuring out what to buy from Yarden. The only problem I had was with Federal Express. They were careless in handling, paid no attention to clearly marked "THIS IS UP" instructions.

I thought it was very professional of growers to notify me that my purchase would go 2 or 3 weeks later in order to deliver a a plant so tree would be better for my area.

The quality of the plants, how secure they were packaged, and the preparations for the plant to survive and grow, well beyond the delivery window, was top-notch.

Good customer service
Even though the purchased product was not ready for shipment, contacting me ahead of time showed good customer service which is sorely lacking when purchasing things online these days.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, shipping fast. Only issue I had was that when my plum tree was delivered, despite being packaged well, had a metal rod sticking out of side of package and the tree was broke in half completely. I showed some love and the tree that I salvaged now has healthy new growth.

My poor tree was delivered upside down and smushed by its own pot. There was a lot of breakage and I had to trim many limbs that not longer had leaves, the rest are bent. I’m hoping the little thing can survive with what’s left.

Nice tree
Nice tree!
The only issues, I see where some branches had been cut, likely for transport. (I hope not during). I would have preferred they tied the branches about, than lose it's size that way. And as another said, we have some white powder mildew to contend with.
