YachtWorld makes boat shopping simple and pretty straightforward. The only problems I've had are with the sellers, not YachtWorld.

I would love to give you a positive…

I would love to give you a positive review. But I requested information, and all I got, was this survey. Nobody ever contacted me. One thing I know now, is I will never use you to sell my boat or buy a boat from you guys, you are obviously too busy to do your job. I would be p***** if I listed my boat with you knowing you can't be bothered by inquiries. the boat I was inquiring about is the Beneteau swift 50.
I just got an email still not giving me any information I requested. the email is saying you need more info or you will remove my post but there is no place to respond to that . Very clever!!!, but also very unscrupulous. you must Know what platform I was on because you sent me the rating request.

We’ve requested some additional information from you through Trustpilot.

YachtWorld connects buyers with the brokers and sellers representing each listing, and while they are responsible for responding to individual inquiries, we do want to know when someone is having difficulty connecting through our marketplace. We monitor listing quality and availability and can look into a specific listing or inquiry when an issue is brought to our attention.

If you were trying to reach YachtWorld directly to sell a boat, we’d also like to know how you contacted us so we can look into that experience. We hope you’ll provide the requested details so we can better understand what happened and see how we can help. Thank you.

Great way to compare similar boats; site needs help in saving searches.

I did find the sailboat I was interested in purchasing and am in the process of closing now. I have used YachtWorld for three prior sailboat purchases from 28'-43' and it was always helpful to see several boats in the category I was looking so I could compare. ( I placed boats on lakes and at the coast as the children and then grandchildren grew up). The descriptions were useful as were specifications. What I found as a distraction were boats for sale where the owners left all of their personal belongings lying around. Clean the boat then take the pictures. Show us that the boat was cared for. Also, if you are selling, have a reputable independent survey made. This will help expedite the sale and give the buyer confidence in the care of the boat. What I had the most problem with on the site was saving a search. I had to continually go back in and re-enter the data. Great service overall.

I didn’t get any response back from…

I didn’t get any response back from sellers on boats I was interested in directly through the website. I have to get more info from the actual dealers website. Also many boats are not even for sale but are still listed. Also I don’t want to see boats that do not have a price listed because those do not fit my search criteria.

BRILLIANT YACHTWORLD😀

This site is simply BRILLIANT😀 It’s the equivalent of LonRes, (property portal used by Estate Agents to list properties). It saves a lot of valuable time searching through numerous individual yacht broker sites. I’ll probably end up actually buying a yacht on YachtWorld, the sites that good👍

Go to source for used sailboats

Go to source for used sailboats I'm searching. Only suggestion I can make is include the time-on-market in the listings.

Also would help if you didn't block Muse searches as they save the shopper time.

Helpful site, with a few quirks

Numerous listings from all over the world, generally presented well. Reasons for no 5 stars: 1. The web site does not follow given search criteria, like size and price. 2. boats that got sold are still showing. Suggestion: for motor boats allow also to filter by total horsepower.

Everything went great

Everything went great. Company was a pleasure to do business with.
The mattress I ordered for my Ranger R25 fit well, looked great and was very comfortable.
I would highly recommend YachtWorld.
