Best of the best!
I could not recommend Laurence and Your Financial Assurance more highly. Buying our first home was definitely the most stressful proposition, with ever-chaging rates, deadlines and deals falling through at the last minute. But Laurence was a constant source of reassurance and guidance throughout the process. It's clear Laurence is an experienced professional and a perfect figure to have alongside you in the home-buying journey! Can truly say now that we have completed that I miss his humour, always there to provide a bit of levity at the tough moments!

2nd TIME USING MR PENN AND HIS TEAM EVEN BETTER THAN THE 1ST
Professional from start to finish, Laurence kept me updated and well advised all the way through. allowing me to relax and get on with things rather than stress and worry about what was gonna happen next !!! highly recommend this company and would love to do some more business in the near future, can't praise Mr Penn and his team enough so the best thing to do is give them a try and see for yourselves.

Very profession, efficient service
I have used Your Financial Assurance three times for mortgage renewals in the last 10 years. I find the overall service to be very professional and of a high standard, with my borrowing needs always the priority. The level of communication throughout the process was regular and any enquiries I made by email or phone were dealt with by Laurence and the team, promptly. I always felt very well informed so that I could make the right decision and get the best rate with the right lender. I have happily recommended YFA to many friends and family since using them for mortgage services.
