My service has been randomly stopped and no one from support will answer me. Do yourself a favour and avoid this scam!

Work for a few months then nothing. They don’t even reply to yr text.

SCAMMERS!! They do exactly what all the other reviews say, cut you off after 6 months! I paid for 2 yearly subscriptions and as soon as it hit 6 months they cut it off and stopped responding!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

SCAMMERS - they take your money stating you have signed up to a 12 month service - after 6 months service stops. Once they understood my complaint they blocked me. BE VERY CAREFUL...

Do not buy more than one
Month. Or you will be cut off and ignored.
I paid for the year. At first all was well. A few months they cut service and ghosted me.

Like many others, exactly 6 months into a 12 month sub (paid upfront of course) was deactivated with no communication and no messages being answered on WhatsApp or web chat. I am really not sure what business model this is as I was happy and would have renewed, so they’ve missed that. Terrible faceless and nameless people think they can do what they want just because there’s no way to report scammers. Stay away.

Initially all was great but lately I'm just being ignored. I initially purchased a yearly subscription at the end of August and each month they would extend it by a month.

The other day I got a WhatsApp message asking if I wanted a new subscription and when I explained I've had no response with no active account now.

They've also changed numbers a few times... not sure what is going on.

Unresponsive.. Sent messages few times different days. Been ignored I still have 6 months left on my subscription!

Stay away!!! very poor service & account gets deactivated automatically after sometime with no support from these people… look for alternate options as they don’t deserve even 1 star… Horrible!

Great service

Very fast service and always quick to help when there is on the rare occasion an issue. Very fairly priced and good quality streams.

I like say that xtremehd is a quality site. Easy to use, no buffering and a great customer service. Also xtremehd-uk-uk is not a fake site it's the real one.

Myself and seven others purchased multiple 12 month packages from Xtreme HD UK after a free trial.
The service worked great for a few months, then all out devices showed an error - that the subscription had expired.
We all contacted Xtreme HD UK to report this and they ignored all of us.
We contacted them from new numbers as a test, asking for a new subscription, and they reply immediately…. So it’s a scam provider really, do research and go elsewhere.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Xtreme TV. The picture quality is excellent, with crystal-clear HD and smooth streaming across all the channels I watch. There’s a huge variety of content available, from live sports , movies and series there’s always something to watch. After support you can not fault always reply quickly if you need there help. M6 TiviMate 8kpro that i purchased in August 2025 for a year subcribtion is not working again! I used to get assistance on whatsapp but i am now being ignored ?
