Skrevet af virksomheden
Xtrait Perfumery was born from a lifelong passion for high-concentration fragrances. What began with a single bottle, a gift from my mother, soon grew into a deep fascination with the world of niche perfumery. I found myself diving down the "rabbit hole" of artisanal craftsmanship and the evocative storytelling behind every scent. After years of traveling to New York City just to experience these rare olfactory works of art, I realized there was a gap to be filled right here in Central Connecticut. Knowing there were other enthusiasts seeking the same high-caliber experience, I founded Xtrait Perfumery to bring the world's most exceptional scents home.

Amazing Experience
I have to give the BIGGEST love and shoutout to Xtrait Perfumery, especially Kevin!
I had a little mix-up with my very first order, and let me tell you, the way they handled the situation was nothing short of AMAZING! Kevin responded quickly, addressed the issue without any hassle, and made sure I was completely taken care of. No runaround, no excuses, just genuine, top-tier customer service!
I still need some time to take the scents out for a proper test drive before I can give a full review of the fragrances themselves. But when it comes to customer service? FIVE STARS, hands down!
Mistakes and mix-ups happen in business. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Xtrait Perfumery absolutely knocked it out of the park.
I would shop here again a MILLION times over! They've earned my trust, my respect, and definitely my future business.
Kevin and the Xtrait Perfumery team, SALUTE! You have a customer for life!

The range of niche fragrances is impressive. Shipping was exceptionally fast, and I appreciated the option to select free samples with a full bottle purchase. Overall, Xtrait perfumery provided a strong buying experience.

Thank you Eric. Choosing your own samples with a bottle was something I wanted from the start, since half the pleasure of niche is discovering the next one. Pleased the range and the shipping both worked for you.

I love this niche store
I love this niche store! I just purchased three more fragrances that I am so excited to receive! They are trustworthy, shipping is quick, they have a great selection, they offer free samples with every purchase and have some great discounts every now and then. I will always come back to this store! The absolute best!

Teresa, thank you. Regular customers are the best thing about running a shop like this, and I hope the three new ones live up to the wait. If any of them surprise you, I would love to know which.

Thank you, Greg. A first order is the one we most want to get right, so it is good to hear the selection, the site and the samples all did their part. Tracking down the smaller independent houses is the part of this we enjoy most. Come back any time and we will point you at the next one.

Thank you, Alex. Letting people pick their own sample brands felt more useful than choosing for them, so we are glad that came as a good surprise. Next time, say what you are leaning towards and we will suggest something to go alongside it.

Thank you, Scholasdica. The quiet is deliberate. Fragrance needs a little time and space to think, not someone talking over it. We are there the moment an opinion is wanted, and happy to stay out of the way until then.
Very good customer service
