This is cheating company, i bought laptop but they provided no battery backup laptop while i asking they said no warranty cover in battery. I request no one can buy any things from them.

Worst experience, I have literally submitted my phone for like 1.1 month still they haven't repaired my phone and haven't delivered yet

I bought a laptop from Xtra, and from Day 1 it was not working properly. The charger was faulty right out of the box. When I contacted them, they told me that the charger is not covered under warranty and refused to replace it.

There was no proper after-sales support, and they were not helpful at all. I am very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend buying from here if you expect support after purchase.

Better than cashify, this guys actually gave me better iphone at lower price and customer support is awesome

I was so skeptical on buying from here due to reviews but I still ordered to see how it was.

I received my phone in amazing condition, there were no scratches... felt like a new device at such an affordable price.

They are a scam company. I have submitted my laptop for 20 days for ssd issue and they have not been able to provide any update on fixing it. I am now forced to take my laptop back and spend my own money to repair it despite being in xtracover warranty

Pathetic Service Dont trust their waranty plan.

Don't purchase any refurbised electronic Items from Xtracover,they deliver you defective Items and wouldn't accept return or replacement request.

I purchased an iPhone X of superb quality. Initially, the phone seemed fine, but after a few days, I noticed some dust inside the front camera. I contacted Xtracover customer care, and they instructed me to email them about all my concerns. I promptly sent an email, but it's been over a month now, and I haven't received any response. When I called customer care, they assured me that they would look into it and get back to me either by call or email. However, despite waiting for several days, I haven't received any communication. I have been calling them 5-6 times every day, but my calls have not been answered.

I purchased vivo y 83 mobile in xtracover 11 1 2024. Mobile display. Burning patch. It is not OK not good conduction. Local mobile paid 4400. It came from RJ enterprises. From. Chaanai. They told me good mobile good. Posting mobile is different. Thimmaraju.

Scam Alert! SCAM ALERT! "Beware of Xtracover Scam - A Costly Lesson Learned" I recently had a regrettable encounter with Xtracover scam that left me not only frustrated but also out of pocket. I want to share my experience to warn others about the dangers of buying from Xtracover. They sell damaged/totally worn-out phones under 'in excellent condition' category. Their customer service is also very pathetic, and will blatantly disregard their warranty assurance. DO NOT buy any gadgets from this company if you love your hard-earned money. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!

Beware buying anything from this company. They show gadgets 'in excellent' condition, but most of them are in damaged conditions. I got water damaged device, and when I returned it for repair under warranty, they blatantly refused to repair it or refund. It'd be better if you do not buy anything from this company. Bunch of cheaters out there.
This is indeed a fraud company.

They shows higher value when you place the order but once there agent reached out to you they dropped their price more then 40%. Whereas you have already selected all the options before selling the device. Do not trust on them.

If any consumer is reading this review I want to tell them that this company used to be a good company when it was supported by 2GUD by Flipkart. I bought two phones one from 2Gud which was repaired within warranty period and the other directly from the website of xtracover. During the second purchase 2Gud was already shut down and xtracover provided their services directly. I was scammed after the second purchase and had to complaint against them on INGRAM portal for getting a refund that also only 90 percent of the money. But before that I was harassed by the company telling me first, that my device will be repaired under warranty and then refusing to repair it because of unavailability of spare parts. But they gave me option to replace or 90 percent money refund. So I chose 90 percent refund and they did their best to fraud me by postponing my refund dates as late as they can so that I give up and forget it. But I took the decision to register a complaint against them on INGRAM portal and within 30 days I got refunded with 90 of my money. Other wise my hard earned money would have been lost in vain. So I request those who are from poor background please don't waste your blood and sweat on these fraudsters who wait for the right fish to come to their baits. They lower their phone price so that they can bait poor people and students like me. Buy your valuables from a local shop or a trusted source.

Terrible customer service, don't answer calls and do not respond to online orders

I have ordered an Refurbished Xiaomi Redmi Go (Blue, 8GB) (1GB RAM) worth 4999rs and paid from online transactions from upi Id and have not received any confirmation or anything from the website and I have added an photo of the payment of 4999 rs also to the company for the item I have purchased

I ordered a mobile of google pixel – Refurbished on xtracover.com by paying 13499 rs online on 21 oct 2022. The status of the order is still in processing as on 25 Oct 2022.
