At first it was overwhelming but once i got used to it it was easy to handle

I've found it to be an invaluable tool for creating simple client landing pages for reporting purposes. The platform's user friendly interface and customizable templates make it easy to design professional and interactive landing pages that effectively convey complex data to clients.

One of the standout features is the real-time collaboration capability, which allows team members to work together, ensuring that the final product aligns with our brand identity and meets client expectations.

Not intuitive at all, very limited selection of templates for my use case. I wanted to create a user persona, struggled to adjust and edit things smoothly. Having to confirm deletion for every single object slowed me down and made things frustrating. I stopped after 5 minutes. I will use another service.

I really needed to create a capability statement FAST! all the other sites I was trying to use was too complicated to navigate. I found Xtensio and it was a breeze! I literally put together a capability statement in under 20 minutes. The template were straight to the point and simple to input my information and create a nice, professional, clean template.

Initially started using the free part of this software but have recommended purchasing as it is very useful for all manner of templates, especially if you had no starting point! Recommended to a number of small businesses for marketing, planning, strategy and pitching

Xtensio is a great sales tool that is almost ready for prime time. My designer and I spent too much time on design, but we liked what we got. In the end, we sent out the PDF of the proposal instead because were worried about how it looks on mobile phones. The founder is responsive and I think they'll get there, but we did get a refund before the return window. We hope to come back to it eventually.

The ability to track analytics on the engagement of a prospect so I could see what was appealing to them the most.

The information architecture of the platform is puzzling. Templates and Folios are not delineated in a way that is helpful to users. The app struggled with some browsers and I had a lot of issues with loading. Lastly, there need to be more editing tools. A hugely cool app that needs more development and cleanup.

I regularly use the templates in my presentations to clients/teams, and the aesthetics of the templates are perfectly polished and professional, yet easy to fiddle around with. Especially love the customer - related templates; so useful.

I was doing a UX Udemy course when the lecturer mentioned Xtensio and I thought I should check it out. It was a great move as it is super easy to use and has helped in my studies :)

Very useful and easily accessible
