I was pleasantly surprised with an excellent quality of the watch winder and absolute absence of any noise while it working. Delivery service was fast.

Great quality. Came 100% assembled. Easy to operate. Looks very high end (which I’d expect in displaying a high-end watch collection).

I was a little concerned at first because I had never heard of Xtelary!
I decided to order anyway, knowing my credit card would refund me if it was a scam. Lo and behold, just a couple weeks later, my watch winder box arrived and it is beautiful! I recommend it to everyone!

Winder came but front was broken. Customer service sent out a new piece of plastic to replace. So far the winder works great.

I was directed to XTELARY by a Facebook ad that was likely triggered by all the browsing of watch sites I'd done around that time. I was impressed by their selection of watch winders, which while still pretty expensive for my wallet on the higher end, were affordable compared to bigger-name alternatives and still had all the features I needed. After some consideration, I placed an order for a compact 4w6 winder in off-white, which would fit my room and my budget. Almost immediately, I received an email from support staff informing me that the off-white model had just sold out and that I could avert a lengthy wait by switching colors. I appreciated this responsiveness - a lesser company might have just let me wait the two to three weeks - and swapped to a beautiful red case that I actually like a lot better. The winder arrived on my doorstep three days later in pristine condition and has been keeping my automatic watches ticking away ever since.

In short, XTELARY has at least one very solid product line, and their customer service is on-point. My experience with them was excellent and deserves the listed five stars.

I am very pleased with my Watch Winder purchase. I have two of Black and Red units which supports 8 Winder slots and 6 Watch slots and with a add bonus of a Jewelry drawer.
The Winder displays my Watches in an Attractive and Elegant way.

The case is absolutely gorgeous. Very happy with it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to a loose side panel inside. Beside that I love it. I can’t believe how quite it is.

Purchased the eight-watch watch winder. Color ordered, not available. Selected secondary color. Slow shipping. The watch winder came well packaged. No damage on arrival. The overall quality of the product is average at best. For example, the plastic viewing window is only loosely attached on three sides, making it very difficult to clean without pushing the plastic out completely. Drawer dividers are too small and, therefore, will not stay in place - useless. The cabinet finish has a cheap gloss to it. Very disappointed with the watch winder for the $400+
