Not sure about this one..
Some strange mistake happened during shipping and my package was returned to sender. I had no idea for some time - and eventually reached out to ask to have it resent. After asking it has been awhile and I still don't have my order or a new tracking number. This order was for my boss and now I have a small mess to explain.

Worth Going Direct to Xstamper.
Even though ordering a stamp directly from Shachihata/Xstamper is a little more expensive than going through, say Amazon, it is worth it. The website shows you exactly what the stamp will look like. Also I was very surprised at how fast I got the stamp after I ordered it. I thought it would be at least 7-10 days if not more but it was only like four days and it was in my mailbox.

I ordered a 4oz bottle of Artline…
I ordered a 4oz bottle of Artline #25871 Hi-Seal 540 red ink. When I received it the color didn’t match the original bottle I have, and was way thinner. I have tried to contact the company with emails and by telephone with no results.
