Shachihata is a 3rd generation family-owned company, established over 90 years ago as ink chemists and stamp pad manufacturers. The Xstamper® was born in 1964. Did not follow special instructions to start with year 2024.
Gave special instructions to start with the year 2024. It was on the packing list when I received the two dater stamps.
Immediately sent response to Xstamper to see what they could do and have not received a response.
I have been contacted by Xstamper and they will be sending out new stamps shortly. Rachael was also disappointed but is taking care of the issue. They will also investigate were the original response was missed. Thank you, Rachael.

I needed an ink refill for the…
I needed an ink refill for the Shachihata Page Number stamp I purchased from Amazon because the ink refill is not available at Amazon. I spoke to Gloria in customer service. She was very patient, thorough and spent a lot of time helping me. It turns out that the ink refill is not available on the Xstamper US website, but she can order it for me from the warehouse. She even checked to see if I can order it from Amazon or possibly use alternative ink refills.
The customer support is excellent!!
