I've ordered the office chair. But then I've realized that a member of the family I was doing the order also ordered a chair I was supposed to order. Mistake - happens. Straight away after that I wanted to cancel the order. I tried to call the company - no answer. Checked how to cancel the order - fill the form. Did it straight away. I was bit surprised when it said it might take up to 5 days. Guess what? It didn't happen. The order has been delivered anyway. I filled a return request for the chair. No one contacted me since. It's over a week now and I am waiting with a box, Customer Service does not answer the phone or reply to the ticket. I just want to return the item.

Had been toiling with the idea of ordering a bed online for a while but finally bit the bullet.
Fast delivery and easy to put together.
Only down sides are that the mattress and slats are a little thin but apart from that i'd definitely recommend.

It's an alright bit of kit. Matches mt sons bed so he's happy. Was a bit annoyed to learn that not all the pieces were in the box. I was 4 screws and a metal dowel screw missing.

Trying to get a replacement part for the bunk bed I ordered has been a nightmare. Originally contacted them about 10 weeks ago about it and they said they would send the part. 5 weeks later I phone to let them know I hadn't received it and they said they dont look to have actually sent it and would go off and investigate. Trying to follow this up for a third time as I've heard or received nothing and now their phone lines are 'down'. Really frustrating company to deal with and in the meantime my son is having to sleep on a mattress on the floor as I'm unable to build the bed.

My son’s really pleased with his new set up! The lighting really is smart! Easy build! Only niggle is the ladders so hurt your feet

Great piece of furniture solid,
sturdy, nice light strip and good access to drawers only downside is you have to move tv to access light switch to turn on or change colour 🤔

Holes cut in wrong place on the desk. Unable to finish with desk laying on my floor. Been trying to contact xrocker for 2 weeks. They sent an email saying there systems are having problems. Now they have turned their phones off.
I stuck with a desk I can’t complete and no way of getting help.

Diabolical, customer service is a disgrace. They never answer the phone, they take days and days to answer a ticket. I recieved the wrong size bed and wanted to return it . Two weeks later and im still sitting with the bed boxed up the sane way it was delivered in the same place . They take your money for items but are not willing to arrange a return. Ive opened a case with clearpay and they are now dealing with it. Please be vigilant on ordering as there customer service skills are shocking . They just ignore you constantly. Ive rang and rang hundreds of times and a stupid automated fella says we cant take your call. I gave up in the end but at the minute ive a little girl who is distraught as her birthday present is the wrong size and is still sitting in my living room. I still await a response for a pickup day for the bed.

Faster than expected delivery, great product, very easy to build

I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue with this company since January, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. This was originally a Christmas presen. ( a gaming chair) which we discovered was faulty on Christmas Day. What should have been a straightforward resolution has turned into months of frustration.

After arranging a return, I was promised a replacement, but since sending the item back (which was only finally completed last week), I’ve had no update and no replacement has been received. My children are now left without a chair to complete their setup and are understandably very disappointed.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone over several months, and being ignored has become a recurring issue rather than a one-off problem.

Customer service should not be this difficult to access, especially when the company is responsible for resolving the issue. The lack of accountability and follow-through has made this a very stressful and time-consuming experience.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing, as resolving any problems appears to be unnecessarily challenging and drawn out.

Great product easy to assemble

I reached out to XRockerUK on their website, to enquire about replacement parts for my son's gaming chair. He absolutely loves it and uses it every day so I was keen to replace a couple of parts, rather than buy a whole new chair. Britney, Rachel and Sophie replied via email within the advertised timeframe to advise and provide support. I was really pleased with the level of customer service received. Would definitely recommend for both quality of product and aftercare.
