Great looking frame. Absolutely worth it!

I've always wanted a framed Samsung galaxy s and I also think that it can help educate people in that all of the components are labelled so people can see what each component of a smartphone looks like.

I have not received my product until now. Yet I have been asked to write a review. I would be nice to finally get receive my product.

The product shipped very quickly which was surprising and came in beautiful packaging making it look fancy and professional. The item itself was perfect just what I had imagined it to be and it looks beautiful. I was very happy once I unboxed it seeing part of my childhood on display. Highly recommend this company and may purchase again in the future.

I recently purchased a disassembled iPhone frame from this website, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. The item arrived in very poor condition, with significant dents and numerous scratches on the back, far below the quality expected.

I attempted to reach out to their customer service for support, but found that they only provide an email address for contact – no phone number is available. Despite contacting them through email, I have received no response to my queries and concerns.

Moreover, the company is based in Hong Kong, and it seems that once payment is made, customer options for recourse are severely limited. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I've received no acknowledgment or offer for a refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot consider this seller to be legitimate. They have not engaged in any customer service or shown willingness to address purchase issues. Please be cautious if considering a purchase from them.

The 1st generation Apple iPhone 2gs was wonderful glass framed all well made with care and love. I am still trying to make up my my mind if I want to get the IPhone 4s and 6s art work. I guess time will tell if I get the or not.

We still have not received the product and the tracking is not working properly. I would like an update.

I was told I could pick the background of the game, but after purchasing, they told me I could not change the design.

The wait time is insane. It’s been almost a month and my order still isn’t here to me yet. Every other company says they can have it here to me within a week or two so I don’t know what the issue is here. Customer service takes days to even respond to.
